Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bang Kapi District

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

All six of them consistently lacked six stars. I was very worried that the time we arrived at the airport was inaccessible to the accommodation due to the Myanmar earthquake and the city of Bangkok was controlled. However, the host continued to communicate not to worry because he would be responsible until the end, and he even arranged a hotel room where he could take a break and wait near the airport, and finally sent me a van car at 8 pm. The group was very impressed with their empathy and professional consciousness and accountability for the difficult situations that travelers put in. In addition, the accommodation was not only pleasant and convenient, but also surprised everyone in the group with an emotional interior. The six rooms with two beds each had a spacious space without lacking in any of them, and there was a large table in the living room and kitchen on the first floor, so it was a space that you couldn't experience if it was like a hotel, and thanks to that, it was so pleasant and beautiful to have a pleasant conversation after finishing your daily schedule. It is located less than a 5-minute walk to Asok Station or Terminal 21, and they filled the eggs and bread every morning. It was a perfect space with nothing lacking, and most of all, I will never forget the host's kindness, attention to detail, and kindness. I will definitely use it again when I get a chance. Thank you so much Natt again! It was the best and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic44 is a very comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed two level home that is situated in a local neighborhood. Tor our host was available to answer all questions and was extremely friendly, respectful and helpful throughout our week stay and even arranged for laundry service at our request! Many restaurants, massage establishments, markets and retailers about one block away on the main street. The MRT station is about .5 miles away and easy to access. It was fun to be in a local area away from typical tourist attractions and crowds. We really enjoyed our stay at Fantastic44 and certainly will return next visit to Bangkok!

I work hard. Everything was in a setting to be self-sufficient so you can visit on foot. Restaurant on the ground floor pleasant delicious friendly friendly staff available kind. Peaceful safe neighborhood. We loved the change of scenery. Congratulations to the hosts on making this place to discover and want to come back.

This place is wonderful. Right next to the train station. If you want food their is a nice mall and outside food market only 5 min walk away. The house is described perfectly. I am actually going to extend my stay for another two weeks.

Isra and his wife are amazing host. They really look after you no matter of the time. They are a lovely couple. Just for future stayers be aware that going back and Doherty always needs to be arranged in advance. Once, there make sure you have everything you need. Walking around the island is not very easy as from the place there is no route to just walk and go and explore. If you just want to stay in one place, this is ideal. My only negative is the mosquitos. You get bitten a lot. Maybe more things available to combat it like insect killing lights. More sprays, etc.

We had a great stay, clean and match the descriptions. Room is big and has a great view. Would be excellent if had dryer machine but just washer machine alone is nice enough. We will definitely be back next time when we are in BKK.

Puscha’s place was a perfect accommodation - close to main attractions, lots of coffeeshops and places to eat at walkable distance, easy to walk to Khao San road. Definitely recommending the place!

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

Hanh was a wonderful host and always helpful. She provided amazing recommendations which were greatly appreciated. We loved each of them during our experience. The space was better than the photos posted on the listing. It was also very close to a lot of the local things of Bangkok. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

Walking distance to airport rail, river boat and buses. Less than 10 minutes walk. The house is big and clean. Lock box to check in and check. The best chicken rice just at the junction of the road near 7-11. The chicken rice open from evening till night. Better than green or red brand.

Great stay, Pim was extremely responsive and helpful. The housekeeper was quite welcoming as well.

We loved our stay at Diow’s apartment. Very convenient location to the BTS and MRT and lots of shopping malls nearby. The gym was very well equipped. We had an issue with the hot water which Diow had fixed immediately. Recommended!

Great stay at Pemika’s the place was super clean and comfortable which made me feel right at home. Pemika came to meet me personally to check in and gave me loads of suggestions and was a great host throughout. My stay was during the Bangkok earthquake and Pemika was super responsive when I was asking for advice. I’d definitely stay here again. And thanks very much Pemika.

Great stay. Small, cosy apartment, and everything was clean. A convenient 5 minute walk to Thong Lor BTS, though there are no walkways. There's also a condo pickup to the BTS, which makes up for the walk. 24 hour minimart inside the condo. Only downsides are that during my stay, the pool was closed the whole time... and slight inconvenience with meals (if there are side dishes) as there's literally only 2 bowls and 2 plates. Good to add a few more smaller bowls/plates.

The second time we've stayed at JJ Suites, and I'd go back again. Do be aware the location is in a busy, happening and noisy district, so if that's what you're looking for, this could be your place. You can hear partying noises and tuk tuks and music from the street until late at night. Just walk out your door and you're in the middle of everything. The management here really takes care of their guests and does a great job communicating. They can keep your bags for you at reception if you arrive early or leave late. They supply you with a little basket of goodies and a huge 5 gallon drinking water jug. There's a pool table! A good, level pool table. The place is BIG, with plenty of room to spread out. Big ensuite baths with marble tiles. Enjoy your time in Bangkok.
