Perfect homestay, perfect, great in every way, the best homestay I've ever stayed in in Bangkok, or the most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in.The cabinets at the bedside can charge your phone wirelessly, projection TV, massage chair, sauna, living room sofa also has a leg massager, garage, single family villa, 2 floors 4 bedrooms, latex mattresses, latex pillows, coffee machine water dispenser air purifier, dishwasher fan, 3 washrooms 2 kitchens, oversized living room and balcony, it really is a very comfortable Bangkok vacation house, five-star hotels are not here, Bangkok Five Star Hotel is more comfortable than Shanghai Beijing.The best homestay I have stayed in in Bangkok, the location is also very central, it is convenient to go anywhere, the key night is very quiet, I am most annoyed by the sound of Bangkok's motorcycles and tuk tukes.There is also a sweat room, really no hardware or software to say, the decoration materials are all good, the layout is also good, super breathable, and the facilities are particularly well equipped.All in all, I would like to bring my family or friends again, thank you host.

We loved our stay at the Canal House. The home itself is gorgeous with lots of authentic vintage features and its location on the water is atmospheric and lots of fun. Sitting out on the balcony was a delight. We loved the neighbourhood too and communication with our host was easy. We highly recommended staying here.

She kindly offered us an early check-in, which was such a relief after our long journey. To top it all off, she greeted us with the juiciest, most refreshing watermelons—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Her local recommendations were spot-on and helped us discover some hidden gems nearby that we would’ve totally missed otherwise. Every interaction with her was smooth, warm, and helpful—she gave super clear instructions and was always just a message away if we needed anything. But more than anything, Jenny is just a gem of a person. Genuine, kind-hearted, and full of positive energy. If you’re lucky enough to stay at her place, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. Space used to be an antique shop and after converting the 5th floor to a three-bedroom flat, with elevator, many of the antiques were put in the flat. Every room had antique furniture and porcelain.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful pool villa! The house is exactly like the photos – clean, modern, and well-maintained. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

The place really matched my expectations as it was very homely. The house keeper, Jang, is very exceptional. She is really helpful and made very delicious breakfast such as Pad Thai, Fried Rice etc. Additionally she also did laundry, the dishes and regular cleaning of the house. The house is very spacious and my 4-year old did really enjoy playing in the pool. All of us had a great time staying there. If I am coming to Bangkok with a group of 8-10 people, I will definitely choose this house again.

We stayed as a group of 10 people arriving from London for a long weekend. Highlights: Villa is spotless clean, very private and facing towards and inside patio for all the rooms. The development feels very new, modern appliances and furniture. Easy for transfers to arrive at the destination and depart. Grab / Bolt arrive quickly and easily as there is room for them to wait. There is a convenience store ~30metres away for anything you need to acquire. Rooms are large, well air conditioned and spotlessly clean. The pool is perfect and has easy access. The villa is split across three floors, providing incremental privacy for guests, while the common areas are expansive and inclusive. We also found the cleaners at the apartment very efficient and discreet, while the host was hyper responsive. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to travel with a larger group.
