The accommodation was very pleasant, ideal for a couple or family with one child. The sofa bed is a little less comfortable, but sufficient for a child. Apartment facilities very good, great location, perfect accessibility for taxi, boat and bus. Close to many shops and options for eating and drinking. One of the best and most comfortable apartments we've ever stayed in! Perfect for a long stay, has absolutely everything and every little detail is thought out. Also very quiet and calm, despite the convenient location in the city center. Thank you very much for hosting us. I definitely recommend and advise you. Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!

I had a great time at Shammee's place! The apartment was exactly as described. The shuttle every 30 minutes from the building to the Supermarket and BTS station was very useful. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive to all of my queries. Perfect place if you work remotely and need somewhere quiet and comfortable to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very friendly. They helped me with the printing of a needed visa and had their caretaker escort me the best and cheapest place to get a taxi to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

My second time staying at their listing and first time at the Normman. Tucked away from the bustling main road.. the area is safe and peaceful in between two BTS stations that can be reached easily within minutes. My unit was a lot nicer and bigger than the picture, the perfect setting to have our makeup and hair done by a team in our living room. Every details were very thoughtful, from the unlimited mineral water stocks to the common space to store our luggage after check out. Pridi and June managed to reply my messages within minutes and always happy to assist. I just know they have a thing with hospitality business and their place feels nothing but home <3 will always come back to Bangkok and trying their other listings too!

We can’t say enough good things about Ern and this property! Ern was incredibly respectful, friendly and super helpful and responsive. The location was perfect with plenty of great shopping and dinning options around. The room was well decorated as per the listing and it was honestly a cosy home away from home! apartment looking exactly like at photos. everything is working fine. everything is super clean and you also get free cleaning few times a month. lots of coffee shops and restaurants around the condo. super communicative host that will even take you out if you want. provides all the necessary information and resources. i honestly never met such a friendly airbnb host if you visiting bangkok for a few days it might look a bit outstanding from central area but it takes 10 minutes by feet to get to the mrt station and 15-20 minutes on mrt to any of the main attractions. for long stays it’s just a perfect option because neighbourhood has everything for comfortable living if you’ll stay at patchara’s house, send greetings to a woman at reception and guys from verse coffee shop from me🙏🏻

Great Experience at Win's Apartment. We had a wonderful stay at Win's apartment. The highlight was definitely Mr. Wanchai, the host's father, who was incredibly kind and always available to assist us. His responsiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff at the gate were also fantastic—always friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

It was a great stay. The apartment is very neat and clean and the location is also great. Great bar and restaurant right across the street and many restaurants on walking distance. Pool and a small cafe is located on lower level with an easy access through elevator. It was very convenient to have a dedicated office space in the apartment for my little one to do his school work remotely. Also, the host was easy to communicate with and her wine gift was much appreciated.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

We loved our stay at Hooray’s airbnb. It was our first tome in Bangkok and we felt absolutely welcomed. His guidebook helped us navigate to where we need to go. And it is such a strategic place to be in as we are right smack in the city center. Although there were slight problems with the shower at the start of our trip (more so we just didn’t know how it worked), Hooray responded quickly and efficiently and the rest of our trip was amazing. Such a peaceful and private place to wake up to and come back to as well. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a short break of life in the city.

Right next to the light rail, there is also a big mall, there are very many food in it, there are many convenience stores around, and the atmosphere of local life, the pool is good, the scenery is also good

Located in a quiet alley in the downtown area, very close to the MRT station and next to a 7-11. Complete home appliances

The house is a 10-minute walk from the green line light rail and bus, the accommodation is convenient, the property uncle is very enthusiastic about the road and detailed introduction to the use of the kitchen, the house is clean and tidy, there is an oversized Japanese supermarket to the left of the house, you can buy a variety of vegetables fruits and daily necessities, and it is also convenient to go shopping in Central.My family and I had a great vacation here and would recommend staying there!

This homestay is a very quiet residential area, which is difficult because Bangkok is so noisy!The whole building should be used for hosting to do Airbnb, some floors are an apartment and some are 2.It was a long walk to the nearby bts station but offered a golf cart pick up and it was still handy, but there was no service after 5pm, so you can use this service basically every morning.There is a big c and lotus super market nearby and shopping is very easy.The apartment is fully equipped, the air conditioning is old, the noise is loud, the shower facilities are old, and the water is not smooth enough.The sound insulation is not very good, and if the quality is not high in the middle of the night, it will be clearly heard late at night.Also, it is not very nice to only provide drinking water once, so if you stay for a long time, you need to go to the supermarket and buy a lot of drinking water by yourself.The housekeeper and the rest of the staff were friendly and very effective in communicating.Overall it was a very pleasant stay and will consider here again later in Bangkok.
