Good location if you want to stay near Asiatique. Small and Cozy place place to stay with a tv area and usable kitchenette. Very comfortable bed and superb aircon. Would definitely chose to stay here again if we want to visit asiatique again. Host is responsive!

We had a great stay! The room was comfortable and clean and we felt looked after by the host, the perfect little sanctuary at the end of busy days. With a free water machine in the cafe downstairs. The location was quite a walk from the places we were visiting (35mins-1hour) but fine if like us you enjoy waking

the room is better than the picture shown, it is clesn and tidy, it is close to bus station and convenient to travel by bus. the rent is very attractive and worth of it. very happy to stay there.

Mo was amazing to communicate with. In a city where it can be easy to get lost she made it easier for me to get to the space whether it be by taxi or train. She was very quick to respond to any questions and always had suggestions available. A great space for a solo traveller, had all the amenities needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!

Great accommodation with easy access to public transport facilities to explore different parts of Bangkok. Both Sunee and Suree are great hosts and made us feel welcomed and at ease. Accommodation has all the equipments and facilities you would need. Would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others visiting Bangkok

The room I used this time was in really good condition, and it's convenient to have amenities nearby. In particular, it was nice that the host always responded to my inquiries kindly and quickly.

Very nice host, picked us up at the bus station. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is as described. Location is great, if you don’t want to walk to the BTS you can always take the shuttle. We would stay here again.

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

We had an amazing stay. Location was great. Close to metro and easy to catch grab/bolt within 2/3 mins. Host was very friendly and gave really great recommendations

Nice and big house. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, water boiler all included. This house have everything we needed. Room Aircond cold enough. Cooler fan at living room. We sleep four persons. The price so worth it for four of us. This place very safe. At night many food sell at the junction. Thai hotpot and chicken rice so yummy and price so cheap.

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

Sinra was very responsive, helpful and patient. Check in was easy. Apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It has a convenient location with nearby public transportation and restaurants. Building has two gyms and two swimming pools, with a fantastic view of Bangkok from the top floor. Great place to stay!

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

What a charming little apartment, we loved it here! It’s definitely well-thought out, tastefully decorated and got this cozy homey feel to it - there is even olive oil for cooking, salt and pepper in the apartment. We also enjoyed the building itself which is very green, really is like an oasis. The location is great with a really cool coffee shop just a few steps away and most of the central malls within walking distance, as well as the Baiyoke tower. Also have to mention the host - Hooray, a pleasant and polite young man who patiently waited to check us in while we were stuck in traffic. Loved it here and would stay again!

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

We where 3 adults who really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with nice balconies each side. There is 24h security. The host was helpful. We asked one thing and it sorted in 10 minutes.

Check-in on the day of the earthquake, English communication was not very smooth, it was not easy to go through a few hours and finally received us.Got together with excitement.The room is very large and clean.The only issue was that the air conditioner in the bedroom blew directly on the body and head while sleeping and the next day chose to open the AC in the living room and open the door.Wanna and the staff are very welcoming. They will send us out the apartment for a short time.The house is solid and safe and the earthquake is not affected by anything.

Great location, views and service. Found mattress to be a little hard. otherwise a nice place to stay.
