Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

This was a perfect home away from home during our visit to Southwold. The cottage was immaculately clean. We had everything needed during our stay. It’s perfectly situated a few minutes walk from high street. Whether you’re shopping or enjoying a brew at one of the many wonderful pubs, you can leave the car behind and walk around town. There are also many lovely little villages nearby if you feel up for exploring. Kate was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay and is super pleasant and friendly. She was a joy to communicate with. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and I highly recommend this cute and cozy cottage.

We had the perfect stay at Upper Grove Farm - Ben has done a fantastic job at making this a really wonderful place to unwind. We found everything to be super clear, including precise instructions on how to find the place, and the local recommendations couldn’t be better. The cabin itself had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the spa bathtub took it to another level. We couldn’t be happier with this find, and will absolutely be back in the near future. Thanks again to Ben for this amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Mallard Cottage with our miniature dachshund Reggie. The cottage was incredibly clean and the decor was lovely. The hosts had thought about everything providing so many additional treats from a dog bed, dog bowls, treats, condiments, tea/coffee, robes and slippers to name a few! The hot tub in the garden is fantastic after a day of walking/travelling to local beaches. Great Massingham is a lovely little village and the cottage looks right out onto the green/pond. We would recommend visiting the local pub The Dabbling Duck for a meal. A fantastic and we would definitely recommend!

We had such a lovely week at Amanda's place - very cosy & comfortable, perfectly located for walks to the beach at Gorelston or for driving a bit further to Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft. Lots of choice for great food nearby and the children loved watching the boats coming in to harbour.

A beautiful cottage in the heart of Southwold. The cottage is immaculately clean and well equipped. Jayne is great at communicating and gives clear instructions. We parked the car outside the cottage for loading and then drove around the corner to park. Would love to visit again.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

The annexe was perfect for what my granddaughter and I needed.
