Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Banqiao District

The room is much bigger than I thought, it's clean, and the MRT station comes out, there's a lot of food next to it, push it big🙂

We had a fantastic stay at Maggie’s place! From start to finish, she was an excellent host—communicating quickly, clearly, and often to ensure everything went smoothly. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the metro and MRT, with Ximending within easy walking distance. Whether you’re exploring the city or just looking for a convenient place to stay, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We travelled Dec3-9 2024 and contacted way ahead for reservation. As a travelling extended family of 8, we are meticulous on the facilities and strategic location of the Home stay. We were delighted upon arrival that it matched our expectations or even exceeded. The place is strategically situated in a light commercial and residential area that offered peaceful rest during the night. It is a stone throw away from basic commodities as super markets/wet market, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, parks, train station and bus stations which benefitted our senior travellers. The Home stay is perfect and cozy with complete basic amenities needed by long stay travellers. The host(KYLIE:)) was more than helpful in addressing our requests, adjustments and even worked beyond a host's function to make our stay comfortable and convenient. She was also lenient in our shortcomings and truly understandable and very active in addressing our concerns. We wont hesitate to stay again on our next visit.

Very spacious and centrally located. Plenty of shops and restaurant near by. We had a great stay, highly recommended.

The place was great and Great Hospitality! It's about 30 minutes away by Uber to famous tourist destinations and the center, but I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. We were traveling with 7 people, including our 80-year-old grandmother, so it was mainly a taxi ride, but there was also a new station within a 10-minute walk. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The view from the veranda was amazing, and the morning and evening walk along the river was great! I have no complaints about the room either. Rather, it felt more than the photos. The washing machine was also 15kg large and large enough for 7 people to wash! The host is also very polite, responds to messages within minutes, and responds to small things! Surprisingly, did you run out of gas once?There was a time when the hot water stopped coming out, but when I messaged you, they changed the gas a few minutes later and it was restored right away! If you don't feel the location issue, I would 100% recommend it! Definitely a great stay.

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.

Peter responded to questions quickly, very helpful. It was a bit tricky to obtain the room key initially, however the instructions were clear. The room provided everything we needed (no hair conditioner which was a minor issue). The location is fantastic, close to Q Square Mall and transit. Thanks to Peter & this unit is highly recommended!

We had a great stay. Place easy to find. We arrived earlier than 3pm, we were allowed to leave our luggage first. Room was cozy and cute. Spacious enough for 4 people. Adequate amenities were provided

Great host, great location, cozy, clean and cute apt. We have everything we need in the apt. Very quiet place. Close to the MRT. Host responses very fast and helpful. 5 stars service. Highly recommended. We are very happy.
