We loved our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment has wraparound patios that offer shade and a breeze, even on the hottest days. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fantastic meals at Il Faro. Sabrina gave so many excellent recommendations and I have never had such easy communication as we did using the group chat feature she sets up for each guest. I highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone looking for a restful, comfortable accommodation.

We enjoyed it again so much that we will come back. The place is beautiful and you feel right at home. There is everything you need to experience a relaxing holiday. The house is indescribably beautiful and quiet.

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

Communication was hassle-free and quick. Curio and the owner were very helpful. Tips for local restaurants and excursions were very good. Accommodation easy to find. Good restaurant within walking distance. Location with great views, winery just opposite and accessible by car or on foot. Room tidy and clean. Property very well maintained and beautiful. Facilities very good. Pool and surroundings were cleaned daily… We were completely satisfied

The place was ready upon arrival as we had agreed in advance. Alessandro greeted us personally and introduced everything. The villa is located a few steps from the city center, but in a quiet area. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The large property around the villa is excellent for dog owners.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. We were a group of 7 friends and everyone was so delighted with Alberto’s place. The outdoor terrace is so wonderful. We went swimming in the pool. We cooked wonderful meals the kitchen was the best ever in a rental. So many pots and serving platters. There were linens for the table and beautiful candelabras and the grand table in the dining room was so beautiful. We are grateful we could stay here.

Massimilianos villa is super located in the middle of nature, perfect for people who like peace and quiet ! We loved the fact that there was no television because we don't watch TV. On the other hand there was lots to do, hang out at the natural pool and watch the frogs or take trips in the surrounding beautiful towns, villages and landscapes. The location is very comfortable, close to the sea and Livorno, to Pisa and also not too far from places like the historic town of Lucca or the mountains north of Lucca. You need a good car, though to weather the rough accessway to the villa which lies off road . The villa lacks nothing, was perfectly clean and pleasant with tasteful artistic design and comfortable amenities. The air conditionining added to our well being in the hot August days and nights. Massimiliano is such a nice, friendly person & was very responsive and proactive in making us comfortable, came to clean the pool personally a few times during our stay! MILLE GRAZIE!

Tommaso was a wonderful host who met us at the gate and opened the house for us. He gave us great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. The house is very comfortable and the views are magnificent. There is a keepsake photo in every direction. The drive to Florence is an easy 30-45 minutes, as is the drive to Siena. The local village of San Donato in Poggio has a Michelin-rated restaurant, and others nearby are equally good. There is good hiking through local vineyards and olive groves. The driveway is long and bumpy, but not treacherous. I would suggest that the kitchen could use a toaster and a microwave, but that's my only very minor complaint. Our stay (four of us for four nights) was wonderful and I highly recommend it.

Villa rented for a birthday with friends. Cristina went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very attentive and accommodating. It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful place with amazing views, all comforts (including baby gear) is present and even more. Even more beautiful in real life than in photos.

It was such wonderful place! Very quiet and secluded. Yet easy to reach places. The garden was huge and had a nice pool. The kids has so much fun. We walked every morning in a beautiful setting. Dinesh was so helpful and always reachable. One evening he cooked for us and it was so very delicious! He is a very pleasant, nice and supportive guy. We always felt like we could get any support at any time. The place is like the pictures, even more beautiful. The house has a very nice energy. Would always recommend this place and will definitely come back and use the pool for once 😉

Beautiful property, immersed in the Tuscan country side. Plenty of walks around the area and easy access to Panzano and Greve that both have great amenities. Elisabetta was a fantastic host. Property was clean and easy to use, and communication was first class. We had a fantastic time staying here. Thanks!

Beautiful rural tuscany setting with superb kitchen facilities for catering for a group.Good four bedrooms with plenty of room for us all.We enjoyed returning to pool after exploring villages.

We had a wonderful time here in the middle of Tuscany. It is advisable to arrive by car, it is perfectly located for the most important day trips in Tuscany. Clean rooms and pool, fast communication, wonderful views of the countryside.

We had a great stay. The house and garden is bigger in reality than the pictures. It’s a traditional house and interior but very clean. The pool is really big and well maintained. Beautiful and quiet neighboorhood near siena. You do need a car to get around. As a small downside, the bed , pillow and sheets could have been a little more comfortable. A breathtaking villa in an almost poetic context, perfect for reconnecting with nature and finding the pleasure of “slow life”. We felt at home and enjoyed the colors and sounds of this beautiful place immersed in the green of the Tuscan hills. Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.

We were two families with young children (3 to 8 years old) and we found everything we were looking for at Alex & Fede's: quiet (3 houses 1 km around), beautiful landscapes and enough to spend a great week, that is to say a large and beautiful swimming pool, a well-equipped kitchen and markets / villages to stock up on short circuit, and games / equipment to spend a good time. Admittedly, the house is secluded and is at the end of a gravel path of 3 km, but this is the price of tranquility. Admittedly, the wifi is quite random but it is already a feat to have it in such a remote place, and it allowed us to fully enjoy with friends / family. The advice and responsiveness of Fede will have been very valuable to us (visits, restaurants, etc.), and we even had pizzas and beers / sodas offered on Sunday evening:-) I can only wish them all the best!
