Large and beautifulplacein Camporgiano, a small village of Garfagnana. Great value for money and perfect location for several walks or trekking in the Apuan. Large, well organized accommodation and the garden for breakfast in the morning with the sun.

Well-decorated, well-kept, clean and functional house. The living room is comfortable as the house is structured with dedicated spaces that allow guests to find the comforts necessary for their needs. Convenient parking in the nearby square without available. Host attentive and active in resolving even the small issues. Fast and clear communication. Recommended

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

We just came back from a long weekend and Betty and Roby's place and we absolutely loved it! The taverna is so cosy and welcoming, we felt at home straight away. The kitchen is supplied with all you need to cook if you wish to do so, and we did cook most of our meals, only once we went for dinner in Pruno at Locanda del Poveromo and we highly recommend it. The scenery around is stunning and there are lots of walks you can do. We didn't have great weather so we didn't go hiking but enjoyed some relaxing and quiet time in the house instead, we needed it and we loved it. We met one of the neighbours and she was really quirky and friendly. The place is easy to find and Elisabetta was super responsive if we needed anything. She met us at check in (late in the evening) and check out (early in the morning), and she brought us breakfast every morning. Every day something different but equally delicious, what a treat! I definitely recommend if want peace, beauty and a gracious host.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the views a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful with all topics. Glad to come back!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Super romantic, cozy unique location. What a view! And wonderfully warm by the stove or in the bench in the sun. We felt incredibly rich!

Tidy nice place near the rail station. It is a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. But it is a nice walk. Pisa is a nice city. Not crowded and overwhelming like Florence.

The host has a beautiful property and Graziella and her son were friendly and kind. They recommended local things to see, the property is in a beautiful area with good views from the balcony.

Helene's assistant Nicole was exceptionally kind and helpful with our check-in. She provided information that we used throughout our stay. Hopefully, we will be back.

Impressive place and view. The property is clean, well maintained and the friendly host available at anytime. We have spent 5 days enjoying the property which is located at the mid point of Pisa/Livorno and Florence. We took the opportunity to visit the three cities.

My stay here was wonderful and relaxing. Everything went well although didn’t expect the hot tub to take long in heating up (>5hrs) so didn’t get to use it the first night. Otherwise I would totally recommend this bnb to anyone !

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay here. The Airbnb was well equipped with everything you could need and the patio was an extra bonus! We were lucky enough to have great sunny weather and spent a good amount of time on the patio. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and the promenade. We will definitely be back and recommend this stay to anyone!!!

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

We were there with two families/4 days - in October, which is unfortunately more the usual rainy season in Tuscany. Nevertheless, we always had pleasantly mild temperatures, even sunny days, and a great vacation. The house is just wonderful, there is just nothing missing! After the sauna, we were also able to use the pool well, and for us "northern lights" the temperatures were summery and perfect for excursions (so not too hot ). The location is totally idyllic and ideal for excursions to Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta but also to smaller mountain villages in the vicinity (Metato, etc.).

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

I stayed at this villa with friends for New Year's Eve. The house is very large, the rooms and common spaces are very spacious and welcoming with a wonderful garden. I found the house in great condition, very nice and clean and above all well stocked. The host was super helpful, check-in and check-out were done on their own with extreme ease but the host was always available. The only downside was the temperature, being a very large house some larger spaces (such as hallway or living room) were colder; the rooms and kitchen were warmer. The area was ideal for our purposes, or celebrating at home. Very close to the station! I highly recommend the stay especially for groups of friends or large families. ☺️

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. There were so many areas to lounge outside with beautiful views. The double beds were a little bit hard but the single beds were more comfortable. The grocery stores are very close to pick up any things that were not stocked at the accommodation. You must have a car to get to this location as it is on the hill on a very narrow winding road.

Brilliant villa in gorgeous grounds . Stayed with 8 adults and 1 toddler, so much space and plenty of room for everyone ! Photos do not do this place justice, it is lovely. Pool is very big and was used every day, despite water being cold. Location great, close to Lucca which is a beautiful city to visit during the day or in the evening. Alessandro was always on hand if needed. Great place for large groups visiting Tuscany
