Beautiful home and land. Lots of exploring options available on the land / property. Julie was very welcoming and super nice - she even left us a nice chilled bottle of wine upon arrival. Highly reccomend bringing your bike if you are able to. When we asked for Julie’s opinions on what we were doing, she gave us her recommendations. It is a beautiful home and everything we were looking for. Things to note (but do not personally affect my 5 star rating): 1. You are in France - Julie (the host) does not speak English nor Spanish (French only). She’s great at working with google translate. 2. You will find millipedes in the home - it is a country estate. This is partly unavoidable due to location & sometimes it seemed they came through the bottom of front door. 3. Amenities says “Shower Gel” included - please note this is only body wash / douche and not shampoo. 4. The house comes with one toilet paper roll - bring extra if staying and will need more than 1 roll.

Olivier is passionate about astronomy, his passion is quickly contagious in his presence. The space is cozy and comfortable. A nice meeting.

This was a lovely place to stay for a relaxing and calm vacation. The garden was Lage and very pretty, with a sunny spot to sit and enjoy breakfast right off of the kitchen, as well as a larger patio table for dinner out the back French doors. The driveway and parking was large, private and secure behind an entry gate. There were also nice roads and paths for walking from the house. The beautiful Provence town of Seillans is just a 5 min drive away!

Beautiful holiday home with beautiful garden and swimming pool. The villa really has everything you need to make it a nice stay.

We enjoyed the house of émilie and Yoann at Christmas. The house was wonderfully spacious and we were at the bar in the kitchen daily for a nice drink. We were wonderfully located in the sun on the spacious terrace and then the fire started wonderfully inside. We have made full use of the ping pong table and the boulebaan, the fitness equipment and even the pool🥶. The contact with émilie and yoann went very well. We definitely want to come back!

We have had a wonderful holiday at Villa Carpe Diem. This is a great property for a large number. We were 8 people and a baby. The property is well equipped and spacious. The swimming pool and games room were particularly good. We had a problem with water while we were there, nothing to do with the owners, but sorted out very well by Elizabeth (property manager) and her husband. Would have liked a bar a little nearer, but there were a few restaurants and an excellent bus service to Cannes.

We had a great time at Sandrine's place. The accommodation is very nice, and Sandrine welcomed us very kindly. The area is beautiful To be discovered at another time when the weather is nice to be able to enjoy the pool. The only downside is the bedding. The mattress is too soft for us. The rest was great.

Great stay at Karen's in her beautiful, tastefully decorated home! We are good there, the beds are large and comfortable, we appreciate the shower and the large bathtub! The barbecue is clean and of quality brief stay at the top to repeat!

Beautiful, small and clean apartment. The hosts were very friendly, and also the dogs sugar sweet. We found the location of the apartment perfect between Provence and Côte D‘Azur to explore everything by car. The pool area was also very nice. We would come back anytime!

Great week-long stay at Nicolas's. Grimaud is a beautiful village. Beautiful apartment very well located, nice view from the beautiful terrace very nice. Well equipped and bright apartment. The instructions for accessing it as well as for the stay are very clear.

We had a wonderful stay in this little haven of peace. The welcome from the owners was warm and attentive, which immediately made us feel at ease. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Special mention to the adorable animals, including the dog who came to visit us several times, making our stay even more friendly. Everything is perfect, clean and matches the description and photos. Parking is an appreciable asset and, even if the street is a little noisy during the day, it's peaceful at night. What can I say, a great welcome on Christmas Day. Booked for my parents who immediately felt comfortable. The hosts were always communicative and helpful. They welcomed our dog with great enthusiasm even leaving some games and the possibility of being inside and outside throughout the garden space. A great + + for Italian as not speaking a word of French, mine would have been in difficulty, but Edouard speaks fluently and therefore it was very easy to understand each other

We had a great stay. The apartment is exactly as described, perfectly clean. In the middle of summer, it was nice and cool. Amaury sent us all the instructions for finding the place. if we were to redo a licensed stay or the baths we would not hesitate to take back this accommodation.
