Carmen's house is even BETTER than in the photos. The condominium is a luxury and the house is wonderful. Super well-equipped, everything works perfectly, high quality household appliances and utensils. Every corner of the house has attention to detail, it's all thoroughly decorated and well maintained. The pool isn't heated, however, as Carmen said, there is no need. An extremely pleasant temperature at any bath time. Careful Gardens, lots of security and great location. Really one of Airbnb's best choices. Myself and my family had beautiful and very comfortable moments in this wonderful home! In addition to everything, all questions and needs have been prepared. Gabriella was very helpful, friendly, and flexible. The home is actually better than it looks in the pictures (rare thing). Gabriela's personal network (Sandra/Diarista [paid separately] and Jota/Caretaker) is always very helpful and of great value in the stay. Without a doubt, I strongly recommend the accommodation, without reservations. All items/utensils in the house were operational, including game room, with billiard, table tennis, table football (foosball). Two free frost refrigerators. Four en-suites. 3 with air cond. operants and 3 electric showers operating upstairs and 01 suite with fan without electric shower on the ground floor. Great pool with waterfall. Lots of chairs, hammocks, bright, ornaments, barbecue. Anyway… too nice.

Carla was a practical host and full of kindness! Always responding promptly and accurately, which gave even more security to rent the space. The house is quite spacious and with a family-friendly leisure area. Very ventilated, clean and fully equipped. The security of the condominium is another very important point! You feel very safe! It's the kind of place you're worth renting without a second thought, as you're sure of a great stay.

Great house. Near the beaches of Barra de São Miguel, not in the main part of the city, in a nearby allotment. Anyway it's nearby and the apps deliver food there if you need it. Without any difficulty in entering and leaving.

Great location 100 meters from the beach. Great beach for bathing even for kids. I only suggest including ceiling fan in TV room All airy rooms with air conditioning.

Diego and his wife were amazing. Extremely attentive, supportive and flexible, they have always served us very well. The house is very good, it exceeded my expectations, as it is even better than the photos show. An excellent gourmet area with two barbecues, som, tv, sink, all the necessary resources for a great barbecue; complete kitchen, warm pool until dawn and comfortable rooms. As for the location, in fact, it is 2min from the beach of the shells that is beautiful, has many sandbars and the tide is low most of the day, which makes the water beeeeeem distant and shallow. Therefore, we chose not to stay on the beach near the house, we went to the beach of Barra de São Miguel, we spent only 5 minutes by car. The house and the host are a 1000 note.

Simply perfect house, all very new, all clean, neat, located in a totally safe high-end condominium, located a few meters from the beach, restaurants, markets... everything you needed was very close. The housewife (Katianne) super polite, helpful, attentive and very concerned about our stay. When we get back for sure, it will be our first option.

The stay was great, the house corresponds exactly to the listing, very clean and complete of domestic equipment, and host Morgana was very kind and requests, the only caveat has nothing to do with the house, it is in relation to the beach that is very close, it is beautiful but it is not indicated for bathing.

The site served us perfectly well, the house is large and has a great leisure area. The hostess was always available to answer our questions and showed kindness. I plan to return soon!

I was in a group of 10 people, we love the location ( 50 meters from a beach with clear, warm and no big waves and is frequented by family) . The host Lucas made no effort to make our stay the best possible. He responds and solves problems very quickly. The amount we paid for the house was fair and every penny paid was worth it.

Excellent house, good hospitality and quiet location! Great cleaning and the house is very well equipped... I just needed an electric shower in all the rooms.
