We really enjoyed our stay, as we felt at home. The cottage is very cozy, close to the center and at the same time very quiet and peaceful. Marcelo is an excellent host.

We were very well received by Val, who introduced us to the chalet and gave us numerous recommendations for tours to do in the surroundings. The chalet is impeccable, as beautiful as in the photos, and on top of it has the sound of the river, which passes under the window. Breakfast is also perfect, Neide prepares everything for guests every morning, and the coffee schedule is very flexible. Thank you so much for your stay, you can be sure we will be back

It exceeded our expectations, cozy atmosphere and amazing surroundings! We felt at home, hosts Ana Paula and Rodrigo were totally attentive and proactive, they look like our friends of times. We also had the security of the dog Simba, who accompanied us to all the waterfalls and escorted us. We indicate a lot and we will be back for sure.

The house is spacious, spacious and very cozy, ideal for those looking for comfort and tranquility. Very well equipped, with all the utensils and facilities we needed for a perfect stay. The host was extremely polite, receptive and always available, offering tips and guidelines that made the experience even better. The stay was great in every respect.

Quite functional apartment, very close to AMAN, shoping patio mix, Resende bus station and about 20 minutes from Penedo. For those with mobility problems, the flat is on the ground floor and you park the car right near the entrance. There is a market, a bakery, the Resende bus station and a Mac donalds very close by, which can be reached on foot. Any other activity should use the car or bus.

Very well located and easy to access condominium. I had incredible days and I will definitely be back! The checkin and checkout were very simple and the employee Pedro was super solicitous. It was a great place to get to know the city well, I loved it!

The space is super quiet, large lawn and with great maintenance. Communication, both with Marcela and with the caretaker Mr. Ademir, was always very easy. The internet is great, the TV has chromecast, the fans and showers work well. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the house, in general, meets expectations. We only had one point that we did not expect, which is a second house very close to our accommodation, without any fence or division. The riverside and the backyard are for shared use, which did not hinder anything but a prior notice would have been appropriate. The second house is new, and Marcela assured us that she would include this information in the listing for future guests. The kitchen is functional, but you need to bring everything (salt, sugar, oil, coffee filter, etc.). I took my large dog, who was able to enjoy the entire accommodation, always paying attention to the surroundings to avoid ingesting toxic plants and escaping. I would go back and recommend the space!
