This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

Clean location in East Providence, less than 15 minutes to Brown and RISD, two Whole Foods as well as other supermarkets within 15 minutes, many dining options.

I would definitely stay here again, close to downtown and right in the historic district of Providence. I felt right at home.

A great place to stay close to everything you need!

We Loved our stay here. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and stocked with everything you could need . The beds were so comfortable!! Perfect A+. Bobby even shoveled snow off walkways and driveway . Cute little town with lots of stores/ restaurants it's close to the highway and minutes from the beach .

Jason was great and very responsive to any questions we had.

This apartment was great- exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Perfectly clean and comfortable and just down the driveway you can walk to the beach. Good location, easy to access everything in Portsmouth. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Our stay at The Coop was great! Despite the ever changing weather in Providence we were welcomed to a warm and cozy home at The Coop. The Airbnb had everything we needed from a well equipped kitchen, plenty of games/activities, a clean bathroom to a cozy bedroom with plenty of space. If you're looking for a place to stay in Providence don't hesitate to stay at The Coop!

The host was easy to communicate with. The accommodations were comfortable for even a long stay. However, I didn’t have a car and the location was unwalkable

Rob was a great host -- the place was clean, the location was convenient, and he was communicative beforehand, which helped with our planning. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Marilla #1 for several nights in November. Our unit was cozy and very-well appointed. We felt right at home. The kitchen/dining/living space was cozy and well-arranged. All the appliances were clean and worked well. The big bed was very comfortable. It was easy to keep the place comfortable with baseboard heat. Bathroom fixtures were in great shape, and there was almost no waiting for hot water in the shower/bath. Unit #1 faces the access street behind the building, so there isn't much street noise or hubbub from the pub and bar/grill just down the street. We came to get in the water, so Steven's directions for beach access were very helpful. Steven's price is extremely reasonable for this area. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this Newport Hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who even accommodated our early arrival. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Lakisha provided extra amenities and did up the place for valentines. They were very communicative whenever I had a question with a friendly response. Private parking was a plus. Lots of food and shopping within a few miles of just about everything you won't mind this little gem. Top floor with stairs access just FYI if you don't mind steps.

What a perfect spot! Beautiful grounds with a lovely pool and only steps to Second Beach. Lisel was proactive with her communication before and during our stay. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.
