Old lakeside ice cream house with sauna, fireplace and boat/sup

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

The „Haus Helene“ in the Baltic seaside resort Wustrow was built around 1826, was rebuilt in the 1930s and was renovated and expanded in 2011/2012. It is located in the heart of the village, about 10 minutes walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden Sea with the Wustrow harbour. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living space is open to the lower corridor. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

Das sehr kleine, aber sehr urige und gemütliche Ferienhaus Paula hat 2 Schlafplätze im Schlafboden, ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC sowie einen kleinen Wohnraum und eine schöne Küche. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse unter dem Walnussbau, ferner ein schöner Garten. Wegen Bettenwechsel in der Saison grundsätzlich 15.00 Uhr Eincheckzeit, 10.00 Uhr Auscheckzeit, geht natürlich auch nach Vereinbarung entspannter! Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station
