Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bartholomew County

This was a perfect place for me to stay and save some money while I was in the area for a disc golf tournament in Nashville. Deb was so nice and I felt immediately right at home. I was busy and kept to myself but she was very responsive and I slept great in the bed! Well worth the money and I would go back in a minute next fall!!! Book it! Great price and relaxing room in a nice house in a nice neighborhood !!

This is our second time staying w Meagan. She is always quick to respond, very helpful, and her and her husband go out of their way for their guests. Even with the slightest hiccup, they jump right into action to help find solutions. EARLY Sunday morning waking up for indoor bracket play, already getting off to a slow start, we go to load the car and realize the car is completely dead. Meagan and her husband jumped right into action in freezing cold temperatures to help us get going. Thanks to their help we were still able to make it to our daughters game on time. They definitely went out of their way for us and we greatly appreciate all that they have done for us during both of our visits.

Chris is a great host and I will stay there again when I am in town.

Autumn was an awesome host. She was friendly and always available to answer any questions that I had. I especially enjoyed the cats, that was the comfort that made me feel right at home.

Mason was responsive and very easy going. The room was clean and the house was very cozy. Check in was simple and easy. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in Columbus.

We loved Mollie's Place! :) Perfect location right in the heart of Nashville with easy access to all of the shops & restaurants. Cute space and the process was seamless! Would definitely stay here again!

This was the absolute best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. The place was beautiful, the location was perfect and the beds were so comfy! 100% recommend! My friends and I loved our stay!

This was our second stay at The Hideaway, and it was just as lovely as the first! Gerri’s attention to detail makes it feel like home. She provides a fantastic variety of coffee options, from a traditional coffee pot to multiple K-cups. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the bathroom is stocked with essentials like a hair dryer, shampoo, plenty of towels, and even a separate door for privacy between the shower/toilet and sink area. The beds are incredibly comfortable, including the Murphy bed in the living room. The living room itself is cozy and well-furnished, with reclining sofas and an amazing massage chair. As someone who grew up in Brown County, this place brings back the comforts of home. It’s also in a perfect location, very private, but close to all the shopping and attractions in Nashville. I couldn’t recommend The Hideaway more!

Nashville, Indiana trip was wonderful. Walking around the town and short drive to top notch MTB trails. The space was big, lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, and roof top deck were big hits with our family. Will stay again.

My husband and I and our one year old had the most amazing stay at the Barn Burner. The Airbnb was stocked up on everything you could need and it was right in the center of town. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

The place was beautiful and very quiet we only spent one night there but it was well worth the trip only a few minutes from downtown Brown County..

My best friend and I stayed here for a birthday getaway and really enjoyed it. The hot tub was great! The beds were very comfy. A cute place! Lots of nice little touches that made our stay enjoyable! The hosts are responsive and very nice. We highly recommend

Otter Retreat is a gorgeous, comfortable, and clean cabin! Was the perfect place to spend new years together with our family coming from three different cities. Was very well stocked and had way more amenities than we usually see in rentals! The house is in an absolutely gorgeous setting, beds were soft and plentiful, kitchen was easy to cook in, and WiFi worked great for the whole crew! Our only trouble was the second floor rooms and bathrooms. Two of my family members are 6’4” - the ceiling above the toilets on the second floor are 5’4” at max. The two twin room and upstairs king room are best for children or shorter family members. Our two taller family members took the main floor and basement bedrooms and were able to use the main floor bathroom just fine! Just something to keep in mind when planning out sleeping spaces. :)

We were a group of 4 old friends and our younger kids. Everything about this place was perfect for our get away. There are essentially two sides of the house with 2 kitchens. So when some of the kids wanted to be wild, the others could retreat to the other side of the house for more peace and quiet. The hot tub was amazing for everyone. The swing is all it's cracked up to be - a must try. We LOVED the beds - I am very particular with beds and these were wonderful. They are not too firm, but firm enough with what felt like a bamboo foam topper - perfect. Kitchens were perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed. This really is the best place to go if you want to unwind and relax with friends and family. Remote enough to feel like an escape, but not too far removed that it's hard to find. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ken!!

Super host. Immediately responsive when a tree landed across the road blocking us in one morning. He got someone out there and got it cleaned up quickly. The cabin was perfect, we had a great stay!

We loved our stay! Peaceful and relaxing. We will certainly stay again. Instructions were clear and complete. For future guests, bring a mirror and a power strip.

We loved our Galentine’s weekend at Melissa’s! She was so helpful leading up to our stay as well as super responsive if we needed to ask anything while we were there. We woke up on Sunday morning to A LOT of (unexpected) snow and her husband came right away to plow the driveway and check the roads for us. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

My husband and I loved the remote location!! It was exactly what we were looking for! Peaceful. Nature all around. Quiet. Cabin home was perfect! Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the amenities. Loved the creative bathroom downstairs. Keurig. And espresso machine. Comfortable bed. King size bed is always a plus. Outside hot tub clean and perfect temperature. Melanie was friendly and quick to reply to all my questions. WiFi. Movies available via internet. Fireplace inside and out, with wood readily available. Highly recommend and we would love to come back !

Our first time going a bit rustic but the adjustment took only moments. It's very cozy and peaceful. This property is a true getaway to disconnect, unwind, and restore. I should've stayed longer.
