La Rosa di Venezia - the best place to live Venice

Luxury apartment in the very heart of Venice, 200 meters from St Mark's Square. It's my and my wife's second home that we're renting out when not being able to use it ourselves. Precious furniture with antiques and original works of art - treating everything with care is mandatory. You'll never forget the canal view from our balcony, which represents Venice at its best. The apartment is full of light and sun (which is rare in a medieval city). Marble bathroom, elevator, fully equipped kitchen.

You are at 2 minutes walking to the old center of this part of the city. Just look on Maps to Piazza Ferretto and go there to enjoy shopping, good food or some drinks. You will find many restaurants, excelent pizza and not only: meat and pasta is available. just in a range of 100m you will find a fruit and vegetable shop, bakery, pasticceria or pizza take away. Anything you may need for your breakfast will be there, fresh made in a typical italian style and quality.

Apartment with balcony a few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square but in a very quiet area. IMPORTANT: You will be required to enter documents online by Vickey via Airbnb. Cleaning and linen fee (€50) and Tourist Tax are not included in the price of the stay and will be requested after entering documents. Vickey shares your information with me, the police, and the city. In Venice there are not many elevators, you will take about 50 steps but not steep.
