La Rosa di Venezia - the best place to live Venice

Luxury apartment in the very heart of Venice, 200 meters from St Mark's Square. It's my and my wife's second home that we're renting out when not being able to use it ourselves. Precious furniture with antiques and original works of art - treating everything with care is mandatory. You'll never forget the canal view from our balcony, which represents Venice at its best. The apartment is full of light and sun (which is rare in a medieval city). Marble bathroom, elevator, fully equipped kitchen.

Ideale per chi desideri soggiornare con ogni comodità nel centro storico della città. San Lorenzo Canal view

Apartment with balcony a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a very quiet area. A guest's document will need to be entered online, this process will be with Vikey through Airbnb. Cleaning fees (€50 for the entire group) and Tourist Taxes are not included in the price of the stay and will be requested after the document is inserted. Vickey only shares your data with me, the police and the municipality. In Venice there are not many elevators, you will take about 50 steps but not steep.
