Holiday rentals with lake access in Basse-Terre

We loved these few days spent at Melanie's Tiny House!! A welcome break in our Guadeloupean stay: calm, tropical atmosphere, Melanie always available for advice and responsive to the slightest need! The house is nicely decorated, spotless and the setting is exceptional: awakening with 180 degree views of the jungle and the sea 😍 We hope to be back!

We had a very pleasant stay with our children. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped on all levels (including cooking utensils), with a large and beautiful infinity pool. The coastal path can be reached on foot in a few minutes, with access to different beaches. The central position is ideal for driving to the different beaches in the north and west. Florence was highly responsive. Jean Marc who welcomed us on site was very friendly and welcoming.

We were received very kindly by Liliane in her beautiful garden with palm trees and cocoa trees. We had inhabited the small wooden house with outdoor kitchen and hammock. In the evening we could order our dinner at Dédé and enjoy it right on our terrace. Next door is the chocolate house , the Acomat waterfalls and many hiking trails are within 10 minutes. Overall a very relaxed place to stay.

I thank Myriam from the bottom of my heart for his exceptional hospitality and hospitality. We had a great time thanks to her in a great time. The apartment was ideal, clean, comfortable and decorated with great care. What really made the difference was his attention to detail and his availability. She took the time to give us great local recommendations. We really felt like we were staying with friends, and it added a special dimension to our experience. Thanks again for everything. She is a remarkable host and we'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to my loved ones. See you very soon.

Very good hospitality with special attention, very quiet neighborhood and very welcoming population. The accommodation is well equipped.

Cute bungalow mere steps from the beach! Location location location is what this home is all about. It has a spacious outdoor porch to relax on (beware of mosquitos though), as well as a cute shared pool and whirlpool. There is a small kitchenette, with a spacious bedroom / bathroom - as well as a handy shared washing machine. In general the home could use a little updating. There is wifi, but it’s not super strong, and the hot water is temperamental. But again, the proximity to Grande Anse beach is the true selling point. Being a 2 minute walk from this paradise is unbeatable.

This is our third stay with Gaby and Julia, but the first time in this home. It is perfect for a stay for two people ( a large bedroom with a queen bed). The bathroom is spacious too, the kitchen is functional ( and if it lacks what, the host can usually troubleshoot). As usual, hosts are attentive and available. A pleasure to meet them again. Depending on the maturity of the coconut trees on the property, and therefore the presence of cocos, we are entitled to the tasting of fresh coconut water! In addition to the tiled and sheltered terrace, we have easy access to the large terrace which extends which allows you to be part of the time outside without any problem. And access to a faucet plugged into a filtered source means you're never bored in the event of a water outage. The place is very well located to access in 10 minutes by car to several different beaches ( Grande Anse, La Perle, etc.). really recommend the host and the location.

our stay at Anita's was perfect! the house is fine, with a large well-maintained garden, coconut trees, tables, a river, all the comforts were there. The rooms are air conditioned and there is a fan in the living room. The beds are comfortable, there is oil, coffee tea, and all the necessary dishes, also an oven, a microwave oven, a washing machine, very quiet and convenient. We were kindly welcomed by Anita's mom who was very friendly. The house is a 5-6 min drive from the beautiful Botanical Garden of Valombreuse, 10 min from the supermarkets and the highway. Petit Bourg is ideally located for discovering Guadeloupe. Anita was very nice, very responsive to every request, and she invited us to a party she gave with her family, it was memorable we had a wonderful evening , we left with memories in our heads, we will be happy to come back!

Airbnb, just the perfect secluded place and easy access road without a slope. Large exterior with 2 terraces 1 sun and the other shade. Garden view of the Soufriere when it is clear, and on the driveway of the manor and just down the garden a river where you can go swimming. Inside, there's everything! You feel right at home. ( very clean ) Everything is thought out down to the last detail, Vaiselle, linens, cleaning product, air conditioning, fan ect…. Moderately small but very well-appointed accommodation which is rare, simple and efficient. No worries about water or electricity. Lovely person helpful and discreet. I recommend this Airbnb, without a second thought. ✨
