Beautiful villa Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Everyone has their independence. Some company games would be nice. The bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms lack a little freshness Otherwise everything was perfect

We had a lovely 15 days at Ronald's. The house is ideally located, perfect for small children, it feels like in a family holiday home, bicycles and games with free access, large garden, large bedrooms. And Ronald very considerate and responsive!

We had a lovely week in David and his family's house. Quiet house but close to everything (by bike or car) very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool is a real plus:) David has been on top of his best. - Tips for visiting the area with our little girl - He was kind enough to lend us bikes which allowed us to discover the neighboring towns (Cape Breton and hossegor) - very good communication before and during our stay - gourmet touches upon arrival We recommend:)

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!

We were 3 couples with 4 children, the house lends itself perfectly to occupy them. The ocean is a 10 min walk. Quiet and secluded place from the hustle and bustle of a seaside resort in the middle of August. Very responsive and understanding hosts. We had a great stay!

We rented this villa for a girls' EVJF on a weekend, and the house was perfect! The house is huge, there were 12 of us and did not use 50% of the house. The setting is great: close to the beach of St Jean de Luz, the garden is large and peaceful, and as the house is large, each has its own space and bathroom. It has all the necessary equipment. This house is a real gem for a quiet holiday in the Basque country.

We stayed at this house while taking a road trip around the Pyrenees and this was easily the most spacious rental we stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Communication from our hosts was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly.

The location is perfect to enjoy the natural beauty of the region, and there are many beautiful places to discover nearby. The communication was always quick and easy. A very nice place to relax or enjoy the Region ( surf, bike, golf ...). The environment on the edge of the Forest is peaceful and beautiful. The patio and pool overlook this soothing setting. The house is very well equipped and the decoration is both modern, harmonious and soothing. Then we feel that Mathieu makes every effort to ensure that you have a good time, both by his enlightened advice and by everything we find in the house to make the stay comfortable. A place that I highly recommend.

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!
