Absolutely fantastic house - beautifully decorated and lots of room for the family. It is very convenient for town and the playground is just across the road (we went twice a day during our stay!). It is on a main road though so something to consider if you have errant dogs or small children. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it!

Lizz was a fabulous host and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were going to arrive at the destination prior to the check-in time but Lizz said we were welcome to park on the driveway and come in to use the bathroom. The accommodation is lovely, very comfortable and equipped with anything we could possibly need, including tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. We had a fabulous meal at the local tapas restaurant, again recommended by Lizz. The location is perfect, so peaceful and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the town. All in all a perfect stay, we will be back!

Well what can I say apart from perfect! I booked this to propose to my fiancé due to the coziness, setting and back ground and boy did it not disappoint! The surrounding area is phenomenal and so pretty with all the wildlife right at your door step. The room itself is perfect and you could stay there for days without needing to leave. Tracy has everything you need covered from pots and pans, to cleaning products all the way to fresh milk, butter and jams. If you need anything else shops aren’t too far either. The bath is perfect and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever been in, the little bathroom is also amazing and far more space than first seems. The shower is lovely too! The bed is very very comfortable and with extra pillows as standard it’s even better. The whole room is decorated perfectly. The hot tub, BBQ and log burners are also a massive benefit and make it the perfect relaxing getaway! Tracy is just amazing and we can’t wait to go back again, you won’t regret it!

The bungalow was lovely with very comfortable sofas and the coffee machine a great addition. There were a few issues but Jamie was very responsive and went to a great effort to rectify the situation with great communication. Would recommend the gin distillery tour in Chatham and a take away from the taste of India. Overall Jamie was a great host who definitely cares about guest experience and I would recommend a visit to the bungalow.

We had a truly wonderful retreat at the ÖÖD House the design of the house is incredible—being inside feels both cosy and luxurious, yet you’re completely immersed with nature. Watching the birds, ducks, and other wildlife so closely was such a special experience. Even though the weather wasn’t that great, it didn’t affect us at all. The layout of the house is very well thought out. The shower was fantastic, and the hot tub was absolutely perfect—hot and relaxing. We also had a lovely barbecue and spent time feeding the fish right from the deck. There were plenty of them, and they would come right up to be fed—it was surprisingly therapeutic and calming. Overall, this was a very unique and memorable stay. we enjoyed our time and would definitely love to return.

This was a unique stay - exactly as shown in the photographs, the Mill has been renovated by Clare with love and style in equal measure and is a very special place to stay. We saw it when Sandi Toksvig visited for her travel programme and I vowed to visit at some point. A beautiful spot with lots to do around it in gorgeous Kent. Highly recommend visiting Dixter House and Gardens btw.

Comfy, cosy, well equipped - perfect for our mini break. Julie is lovely & super quick to respond. Nothing bad 2 say .. we had a lovely stay TY 😁

Fantastic, quirky, cosy, clean cottage, with everything you needed it really was home away from home. Lots of extras in cottage which was lovely. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and I loved all the pictures and light fixtures. Easy reach to beach and so many great walks, shops on your door step. Our dog totally loved it and was made very welcome. Will definitely stay again thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's Cottage in Whitstable. It had a great location, is airy and stylishly furnished, lots of great art prints and in the typical style of an English fisherman's cottage. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well equipped and Jamie made sure we were comfortable. I only realised afterwards that dogs were allowed, but it was really very clean and you didn't notice a thing! Above all, the bed was super comfy, there was great bed linen and the shower was perfect (in some holiday homes it's a disaster). Thank you Jamie, we would love to come back!
