Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bayamón

Came to Puerto Rico for my birthday with some family. Miguel was a awesome host for this Airbnb. Location was great, groceries and fast food few minutes away. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when I decide to some back to Puerto Rico and if its available.

The house was exactly as advertised and described. The pictures were accurate, and the property was easy to find and get inside. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which was quiet despite being near a school. The home had gated windows, secure locks, and a gated, secure space for parking, which added to our peace of mind. The only suggestion we have is to provide more towels for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely visit again!”

Very clean and quiet Airbnb, easy and clear instructions on how to get in. The home comes equipped with lots of amenities for a comfortable stay such as a washer and dryer and a generator. I would highly suggest staying here for a PR 🇵🇷 trip and would definitely stay again next time.

Since I moved out of PR almost 40 years ago I am no longer familiar with what areas to stay away from and what areas are safer. I was really worried to end up in a sketchy neighborhood. NOT the case. I felt safe there. We even walked in the mornings to pick up breakfast at the bakery that was very close by.

This house was incredible! The pictures don’t do this house justice! It was very spacious and clean. Easy to get into! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay there!

Faridy was a great host ! The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Really cozy and quiet block. Next to restaurants and stores. Also I quick trip to San Juan. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Excellent accommodation, everything clean and tidy, the place is in a very quiet area and close to everything, 100% recommended.

It was cozy and practical

By far the best place we've ever stayed at. The location is very convenient as it is close to every place we wanted to visit as well as family. The accomodations made us feel right at home, especially my friend since she was born on the island.

Close to Plaza del Sol and Rio Hondo. Centric and accesible. 20-30 mins away from San Juan. Depends on traffic. Recommended

We had a great stay at Augusto and Liliana's place. The condo is just as pictured and was very clean. We had hot water with every shower, which as I understand is not always true with other rentals/homes. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a great gelato place across the street. And our favorite breakfast location, Senior Baguette, is less than a 5 minute walk away. We had a rental SUV, so definitely happy we had the reserved parking spot!! This is a must have for anyone renting a vehicle as parking is horrible in San Juan! When we arrived at the condo, we met with Liliana. She was very sweet and asked about what we had planned during our stay. She offered some recommendations which were helpful, including a great pizza place in Ponce when we took a day trip there! We would definitely book with Augusto and Liliana again! Looking forward to our next trip to Puerto Rico!

If you’re looking for a great location to stay in Puerto Rico, I would recommend this place for sure. A lot of restaurants in the area all walkable and a lot of great bars in the area as well. Casino down the street everything that you would need to have a great vacation is right there, and also Airbnb was nicely capped very clean and looked exactly like the photos would recommend

Great location on Condado Beach—just a walk to Old San Juan or a short Uber ride away. The beach is perfect for long strolls, though it's not ideal for swimming. Our final evening, we enjoyed watching surfers against a stunning sunset backdrop. With many excellent restaurants and bars nearby, the location is superb, even for those without a car (like us). The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious—ideal for two or three guests. It's well-equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities, as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Two windows offer a pleasant city view. The space was exactly as described, though note that the in-building mini-mart was closed for renovations. The building itself shows its age, particularly the ocean-facing facade, but this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great stay with a responsive and helpful host in Jose.

Great location and excellent views- lagoon and ocean. Well equipped and clean and host is very responsive. Please note that the condo can get quite noisy from bikes with music players, street racing every night for 7 nights we were there. Bring your ear plugs.

Jose is a wonderful and very responsive host. The condo met our expectations, was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. This Airbnb was beautifully decorated. Right in the middle of 100 restaurants/bar/grill…. So many to choose from. The secure parking garage is huge benefit as parking can be challenging in Condado. The apartment is clean, safe and comfortable. Would definitely book here again.
