Let me tell you Silvia was an amazing host. I’ve stayed at a lot of places but she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and able to get into the place that was just as she posted. I’m telling you if you stay at her place she treats you just like family. I will be back just to have her host my family. Thank you and appreciate everything you did to make our stay something to remember and feel special stay at your place. If I could it would be 10 stars.

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay with Asiye. She was very welcoming and kind with a wonderful and clean space. She made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

Denia’s place was really great! We stayed there for a week with friends and it was a nice experience. There’re buses to NYC at a 5 min walk, as well as a bunch of services and restaurants near the place. Denia’s instructions were very clear, and I would recommend it to friends.

Stayed here for a nearby fantasy ball and it was the perfect stay! The location is amazing as you're within a 5-10 minute walking distance from downtown Boonton and tons of small town shops, restaurants, libraries, etc! There's an office space with lots of extras, like a steamer and hair dryer and portable fan. The only downside was the flickering lights in the front bedroom on the second floor, and I wish there were more waters in the fridge, but we left tons for the next individuals after our stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

This was a perfect apartment for us. Clean, comfortable and in a quiet residential neighborhood, a haven away from the bustle of NYC yet only a short walk to the PATH station where a short ride takes you right into Manhattan. The apartment is beautifully decorated and warm and cosy despite the icy conditions outside. The recommendations for restaurants were most welcome, we particularly enjoyed ITA Italian nearby - delicious food at a reasonable price. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of decent quality utensils and some basics to use. The huge fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser was much appreciated! It was a nice touch to have Xmas decorations both in the apartment and on the porch outside - very welcoming!

7 min walk to the Metro Station, grocery store nearby and a very comfortable place. Gee gave us very clear instructions and was always very responsive. Would highly recommend checking it out!

To find accommodation where the pictures match the reality is relatively rare, but in this case they undersell the property. Really pleasant stay in this excellent apartment. The property is well furnished. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of kitchen equipment to ensure that anything you can cook at home can also be prepared while away. The only potential downside to the living space is that one of the bedrooms is an internal room with no window. Having said that it’s well ventilated and my kids slept better than they do at home. The onsite facilities are excellent. All of the pictures match reality with the kids having fun in the soccer, basketball rooms and games lounge. The views from the apartment are spectacular with expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty in the distance from the terrace. Bottom line is that this is an exceptional property with great facilities well managed by attentive hosts. We will definitely return!

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

Great location, easy to get to NYC!

Great location and stay

It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The overall stay was amazing. Very close to the city without being in the city. Vinnie was understanding and a great host definitely a superhost with a great unit to stay in. Besides the addition charge for parking after booking, microwave not working properly, and the water temperature fluctuating while in the shower. It was great. Highly recommend and will be booking again if available.

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. I have been using Airbnb for 13 years, this is my first time encountering such a welcoming host. Thank you Pedro! Will definitely be back.

Is good for singles/couples who plan to stay in Jersey City for the full trip and don’t plan on spending all of their time in the guesthouse. All on the same street, there’s a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping available just 10-15 minutes away. Definitely walkable. Average commute to Manhattan, NYC was approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, if using public transit. Uber was around 25-30 minutes.

My husband and I stayed at Tina’s place for over one month and we were very happy with her place. Everything was just as described and we totally loved the well stocked kitchen. The place is very close to a lot of stores/shops (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and lots of other options). As a bonus, the bus that will take you to Manhattan has stops that are very close by. Furthermore, Tina is a super friendly host, who responds promptly to all your questions. We felt at home at Tina’s place and would love to stay in the future. Highly recommended!

The stay was great, and the bnb was exactly as depicted in the listing. it is situated in the right spot so you are close to a lot of activities and location you may want to visit. It is only 25 min drive to NYC and it is conveniently close to major highways for easy travel. I would recommend!

This stay was within close proximity to the Prudential Center and NYC, it was perfect for the weekend. It also looked like the pictures which is great.
