Lovely apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the sea front, ample free parking just outside the gate of the complex and within 3 mins walk of the bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Had a most enjoyable 10 days. Thank you Boris.

Spent 1 month at Robertos Apartment and had a very good holiday. Apartment could do with a little updating but it was very clean and extremely well equipped. Lovely view from the balcony which gets late afternoon sun. Roberto was very responsive and I would recommend this lovely apartment to all 😊😊😊

The apartment is lovely, some small hill walking to the beach. The apartment is in a good location and the pool area is good. No air con so I’d say it would get hot in the summer. The balcony doesn’t get the sun, which suited us. The apartment was clean and has some good facilities including washing machine and big fridge / freezer. Alex (the host) was very responsive. I would recommend the apartment.

Andrea is very nice and answers within minutes. Although I did not meet her in person, I have an impression to have become friends with her. The appartement has everything one needs. You feel attention in every detail. A bottle of water when arriving, coffee for the coffee machine, shopping bags - all contributing to a feeling of being taken care of. Thank you Andrea!!

Ernesto's place is really a hidden gem. It was a beautiful location and really lovely inside as well. There was a balcony that you can see the beach and watch the sunset on. Ernesto met us and was super helpful and friendly.

The neighborhood is quiet, but with quick access to the beach. Access in the apartment is easy and flexible. The apartment has plenty of parking, hangers (this is very important for me as a woman). The kitchen is well equipped with not only utensils, but also spices. The terrace is large enough. The view is beautiful. If I want to find a negative, the bed is soft (which, of course, someone likes it), but the couch also handles it. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in this secluded paradise. The fireplace was our highlight in the evening and the terrace was a perfect place to enjoy the morning and noon sun. Since the resort is a bit remote, a car is definitely recommended to explore the surrounding area and make the journey easier. Thanks for everything! Just come back from a lovely 10 day stay at Maria's apartment. The complex is quiet, peaceful and wonderfully kept and the apartment welcoming ,clean and homely. Maria is a great host, always responsive to enquiries, advice and support. The location is spot on with lovely bars, amenities and restaurants. Certainly will return!

We spent our first half of stay in this very beautiful apartment which corresponds in every way to the description provided and unfortunately we changed accommodation... If it were to be done again we would have liked to stay with Dahiana or find a similar apartment in another part of the island.

Had a wonderful holiday in this well maintained and clean apartment. Rocas Del Mar is a beautiful holiday complex with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the ocean. We were also very satisfied with the reception of our host Luca . Good explanation about the accommodation and the surrounding area . Luca is always available if necessary . We have had a nice holiday.

Very satisfied! The place was absolutely sufficient for two people, clean and cozy. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beautiful view of the sunset was truly unique and added to our holiday an unforgettable atmosphere. Vanessa our host was amazing! She answered all our questions within minutes, and was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just like the photos, well presented and lots of extras in the kitchen, coffee machine, toastie maker etc. Even a welcome basket with some coffee, tea, bread rolls to get you started as soon as you arrived.
