Holiday rentals with a patio in Beauce

What a great place! We stayed two nights and were very comfortable. It’s small, but adorable and has everything you need! The neighbourhood is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful homes and mature trees. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Quebec City. Thanks for having us!

Very well located accommodation, 5 minutes from Montmorency Falls, a very nice park for children, 10 minutes from Île d 'Orléans... good stay in the accommodation, matches the photos.

Our stay at David’s condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything you could need, and walking distance to many things. Self check-in was very easy, convenient and David was readily available for any questions and kept in touch throughout our stay. We loved that it felt just like home and highly recommend staying there!

Johan was very friendly and responsive. Overall the stay was great. Good layout and close to the elevator. Having the second bathroom was also great. Location was good however there is a large shelter on the same block so there is a large unhoused population in the area. Parking as stated on the ad will only work for a small car, which was unfortunate as our car was too large.

Everything about Frédéric's place was really nice! It's exactly as shown in the photos. It's also well-kept, clean, and organized. I loved the interior and his place had many basic necessities provided. Frédéric is also a great host who is very responsive and communicates well. There's also many choices of restaurants and pubs nearby. I would definitely come back to stay again at this place. The only con is that there is a homeless refuge at the back of the apartment but we didn't have any issues and didn't feel unsafe, as long as we avoided that area.

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

We had great 2 days stay in this B&B. It was recently renovated inside with modern interia. It locates near the high way, so we could access old Quebec city in 10mins. I strongly recommend your stay here. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay right in town with access to everything! Loved the simplicity of the home, the green plants and especially the bathroom - large tub and wide shower head! We enjoyed the snowy weather too. Gorgeous surroundings!

Excellent place to stay, close to the chute Montmorency and close to the Iles d'Orléans. I definitely recommend this place.

Nic's place was great for our visit to quebec city, walking distance from the exposition center where we worked all weekend. Very comfortable apartment with all the amnities you could need for a work trip or vacation.

Beautiful building; clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Mathieu provided me with clear explanations that made my arrival easier. He was also very understanding of me and provided unexpected support… human!!

! The location was ideal—right in the heart of Old Quebec, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cafés. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the living space was both stylish and inviting. My kids absolutely loved it! There was plenty of space for them to relax, and the setup was very family-friendly.

I had a wonderful stay! Alexandre was extremely proactive and responsive in communication. We received check in instructions 3 days prior! The location was fantastic and the place was spotless. Very easy check in and check out. The beds were super comfortable. I can't wait to stay here again, especially in the summertime!

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!
