It is a farmhouse on which is another rental, the garden (huge, and beautifully maintained) and the pool are therefore shared, which does not take away from their charm but which is not obvious in the listing. Ideal rental for a "nature" stay: the pond of the well, which offers many activities, is 30-45 minutes away by bike. Downtown and supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive. The house is pleasant, clean and well-equipped. Provide an eye mask if you are a fan of greasy mornings for the Havana suite: the glass window offers unobstructed views, with the morning brightness that comes with:) The dormitory offers penumbency and freshness, very pleasant too.

Very good accommodation available. It is equipped enough to have a good stay (kitchen/ living room). The vast grounds offer the possibility to carry out activities and share convivial moments (barbecue/outdoor meals/ petanque). Ideal for groups of friends and suitable for families. We had a wonderful stay with friends in this beautiful home! The space is perfect for hosting large groups, with spacious rooms and charm that makes the place even warmer. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for group meals, and the rooms are comfortable. Vikki was very welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A very good stay, Anaïs is very responsive and welcoming. The location is interesting for visiting Guédelon, Saint Fargeau or even Auxerre. The main access is not necessarily very simple, the gate opens onto the main road of the village, but there is a very convenient secondary access. One bathroom was not accessible because it was under construction: the owner seems to want to maintain / renovate his property. In any case, there was the shower room on the ground floor, with a changing table and a washer-dryer. Finally, the garden and pool, at the back of the house, are pleasant because they are quiet. We had a nice stay and recommend the place!

Regarding the Photos on the site, the photos are really real compared to what we discovered on site. The house is very clean as well as the bedrooms. Bathrooms, kitchen. When we arrived we were received worthy of a large hotel. I thank Mr. Yves and is very professional attentive to his clients, we asked several questions and responded to our needs. This home in the heart of Sancerre is perfect for a family of 4, more spacious than I imagined, very clean and beautifully decorated. We slept very well there, the beds are comfortable and the house has all the necessary amenities, even for a baby. The location is ideal for visiting Sancerre on foot. We were delighted to meet Marie-France upon arrival, very welcoming and easy to contact.

We were 5 couples for a weekend with friends and we had a great time! The house is beautiful, the setting is very peaceful, the house is equipped with everything you need and is very comfortable even for 10 people. Frédéric and Isabelle were adorable, they recommended the activities to do in the surrounding area and Frédéric showed us around the oil factory with lots of anecdotes. We'll be back for sure! It's not a place we forget:)

A very nice rental, Nadine has always been attentive to my requests and always responsive with good advice. The garden is a plus. Another very nice stopover. I recommend this listing, it is really excellent, there is everything you need. A kitchen equipped with everything you need, the bedroom is excellent, the living room and a small space outside. A real little paradise on earth. I'd love to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Priscille's. The house is perfect for about twenty people. Please note that the price is not advertised on Airbnb, there is an additional charge per person per night above 16 people. I found the supplement a little high compared to the difference in service. Otherwise the hosts were very responsive following some heating and power issues, the directions were very clear. The house is quiet, perfect for activities and evenings. Be careful there is not much in the area, you have to plan to stay in a vacuum, but it was perfect for our needs. Thank you for everything and look forward to coming back!
