Enjoy your stay in a very nice place. It is a farmhouse on which is another rental, the garden (huge, and beautifully maintained) and the pool are therefore shared, which does not take away from their charm but which is not obvious in the listing. Ideal rental for a "nature" stay: the pond of the well, which offers many activities, is 30-45 minutes away by bike. Downtown and supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive. The house is pleasant, clean and well-equipped. Provide an eye mask if you are a fan of greasy mornings for the Havana suite: the glass window offers unobstructed views, with the morning brightness that comes with:) The dormitory offers penumbency and freshness, very pleasant too.

We had the chance to discover this setting of greenery and tranquility for a weekend with friends. Between discoveries of Sancerre and activities offered within the house, we would have liked to have extended the stay to continue to enjoy the pool and various amenities. Fabienne has always been very responsive and presents what allowed us to take possession of the premises in a serene and complete way.

The house is very nice! The exteriors are really great for the summer, and the interior will allow a group to live comfortably indoors if the weather isn't sunny. The host is very available and pleasant, we had a great time

Nice welcome from Dominique and Patrick in this haven of peace. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Air-conditioned. Kids are welcome and it shows! The pool was very nice especially with the hot weather. Bcp of nearby points of interest such as Château de Guedelon. We'll be back for a second stay, for sure!

Despite some guidelines, in particular relating to the noise detector or other camera that can at first be a little scary, everything went very well the house is true to the description and extremely well equipped and comfortable. I recommend it.

we had a great weekend with the family in the accommodation offered. This matched the description and the layout of the rooms allowed everyone to find their place (bedrooms, children's play area, living room,...). The accommodation is close to walking distance shops (some hundreds of meters for the shops of the center (boulangeries & co). Chateau de Saint-Fargeau is also within walking distance.

I stayed at Denis's place for work, it was perfect , and our host was very considerate.

There were two of us at the cottage for a week and it was wonderful. From the little welcome surprise on our arrival to communicating with Kate: Everything worked out great and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing in the house. Particularly nice was the trip to the organic farm next door on Saturday to buy fresh vegetables for Ratatouille. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the beautiful garden. Thank you Kate for the opportunity to stay cottage.

We spent 3 nights in the accommodation: pleasant, well maintained and a wood burning stove that gave all its charm to this outbuilding. Home surrounded by greenery and a small pond. Our 2-year-old loved the environment and serenity of the place. Alain and Nadine are welcoming and caring.
