Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Beeston

We live in Australia and headed back to the UK. We wanted to catch up with old friends and this was the perfect place. Rooms were big and comfy and quiet. Living space was great for the size of our group. We went in December so didn’t use the outside space much but I imagine at other times of the year the garden would be amazing. Beautiful relaxing night spent at this beautiful home.. Everything g you could need and want. Even had ballon’s on arrival for my son’s birthday.

Really enjoyed our stay here. 7 min drive fro Bakewell. Right on the Rowsley circular walk which was very pleasant. Comfortable house with great sized rooms. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Thank you so much.

Wonderful cottage with complete privacy and all amenities. Only a short drive from Wirksworth which has some lovely pubs!

Would like to start by thanking Penny for a warm welcome to her stunning home which included a freshly baked cake, homemade scones, jam and clotted cream plus croissants. The property itself is immaculate from top to bottom. Beautiful furniture, furnishings, beds, bed linen, towels, toiletries. You really only need to bring your food and drink and that’s it. If you forget anything Penny will sort for you. We were waiting for a taxi on the Saturday and Penny offered to drive us into town if it didn’t turn up. The grounds are stunning and there are woodland walks on the doorstep. We had the hot tub which was great fun and best of all there is a washer and tumble dryer so no wet towels and swimsuits to take home. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. Can only give a 5 star review but would give 10 star if possible. The pictures are great but seeing is believing.

The place was ideal for a family Christmas. We were able to spend time all together. Spacious house. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Great open space. Ideal location in the village. Lee was always responsive . Will recommend the place . Thank you

The studio itself is perfect for solo travellers, couples or younger families. It’s is perfectly equipped in all areas and is very homely without being overwhelming. East Leake is a lovely quiet village with a whole host of amenities including one very good pub, The Nags head. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again. Thank you!

I told Craig that I have heavy bags and he kindly offered to help me since there’s a few steps up to the apartment. He even came by and helped me with my heavy bags again and took me to the train station. The place fits two perfectly and it was very cozy and warm. Craig always answered my questions and replied to my emails. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and I like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Almost everything is close by; restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Thank you so much Craig.

Had a great stay for one night here, very quick response, very welcoming owner who meets and greets, gives you the wonderful feeling that the place is "yours" for the duration of your stay, and a great apartment to boot. I'll be coming back sometime and would probably share a beer with the guy next time, so friendly and down to Earth he is. 6 stars out of 5.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

We were visiting friends in Nottingham and needed a place for one night before the long drive back down south. Excellent location, lovely quiet area! Lovely flat; private, clean, modern, everything we needed! We will definitely be recommending and stay here again!

We had a great weekend at the Hedges! A very peaceful and relaxing place that is well cared for. We felt that the family were close by if we needed anything but this wasn’t an intrusive presence. We hosted my Sister’s surprise 30th sleepover at this stunning and quirky loft. Our stay was exceptional….the varying eclectic decor gave us plenty of talking points and photo opportunities. There was plenty to do….hot tub, sauna, fußball. Everyone commented on how unusual but superb the accommodation was. The host was great to communicate with; from booking, right through to our stay. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!

I was working in Derby throughout November and December and this was the perfect place to stay. Warm, clean, tidy and with lots of extra little touches (like a Christmas tree, a box of biscuits, milk and eggs) that really made it feel like home. The surroundings are beautiful but the city was only a 15 minute drive away and very accessible by car, which was ideal. Daniel was very responsive and sorted anything we messaged about. Would definitely recommend

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

Perfect place to visit Southwell and surrounding area, just a short stroll to the centre. Home from home , spotless, comfortable furnishings and warm and cosy. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet watching the birds and squirrels in the garden. Kim goes above and beyond leaving milk, bread and eggs a lovely touch. Easy entry with good description and photos.Will definitely be back.

Thank you Angus for a wonderful stay in you’re beautiful property. Would highly recommend to other visitors of the Peak District. The property is beautifully designed and in a great location. Angus is a very personable host and did everything to make us feel as welcome as possible, would definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic stay. The flat is a perfect base for exploring the nearby forest. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a co-op and bakery. Sarah and Paul are great hosts.

A lovely penthouse apartment ideally situated just 2mins walk to the town centre for plenty of bars and restaurants. Responsive comms made things quick and easy and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nottingham.
