Mark’s home is beautiful, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The social areas in the kitchen and living room are inviting and spacious, and the bedrooms are all large and comfortable. It’s a v quick walk to the shopping and restaurant areas, local pubs and the river and castle. Mark is lightning fast with his responses to questions and goes the extra mile to make your stay special. Would recommend without hesitation.

Our engineers were happy and comfortable in the property. It was a lovely property and close to amenities for the lads, and a they reported that it was a home from home feel. The check in instructions were and clear and Koala were quick to respond to any queries we had. Overall excellent customer service and would definitely use again!

We spent two really comfortable nights here. The cabin was cosy and comfortable and warm enough despite the cold weather. Powerful shower and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Kate and Guy were always on hand & replied to messages straight away, so great communication & very chilled about everything. The house is beautiful, great set up & layout, perfect for kids & what we needed it for with a great local walkable pub. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stopped over for one night during a weekend business travel and what a fantastic place! The cottage was super cozy, all nice and pre-warmed via a underfloor heating, well equipped kitchen, clean and very peaceful. Woke up well refreshed! From the bedroom window there is a nice view on surroundings fields and you might even hear the sound of church bells in far distance. There is plenty of well secured parking accessible via private drive. Cliff was excellent host and I would definitely stay again. 10/10👍

A lovely night away for my husband’s birthday! Easy to find with satnav and ‘what3words’ location. The space felt private and is in a stunning location with beautiful views. The cabin was cosy and clean, and was easy to stay warm with the indoor log burner and electric heater. Instructions for the hot tub were clear and we easily got it heated within 2 hours of arrival (we started warming it up as soon as we got there). Also clear instructions for the outdoor Pizza oven that we loved using. I’ve recommended to many friends already and would happily return ourselves. Rachel was really responsive and a lovely host!

Great place for a family get together, we had 10 people staying but didn’t feel on top of each other. Location is convenient for New Forest, Bournemouth and Portsmouth. Jordan was great, lovely welcome pack and very quick to respond to any little query we had. Thanks Jordan!

My husband and I had the most wonderful weekend at the Shepherd’s Hut and we would definitely recommend it. We came for our babymoon and I enjoyed the novelty of the tin bath whilst my husband lit the fire pit where we enjoyed a drink outside and toasted marshmallows and hot chocolates in the morning. Such a beautiful location with a lovely pub nearby for supper and a farmers shop where we bought breakfast sausages to enjoy in the hut. Thank you for a wonderful few days together, such a special venue.
