A stone building from 1694 having a shape of a fortified castle in the village of Capmany only 14 minutes away from Figueres and 26 minutes from Roses. The fortified construction has a big garden, two terraces, and a covered outdoor space with a pergola. Swimming pool will be ready April 2022. Capmany has more than ten wineries and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine in form of: private dinners, hands-on cooking classes, or local experiences visiting wineries and food producers.

Fine, Great View, Location, Top Pool, Parking

Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

Located in the Pals-Begur area (medieval towns), our villa is located 10-15’ by car from the most beautiful Costa Brava beaches 🏖️, 45’ from Girona and 1:30’ from Barcelona 🕍. Enjoy the swimming pool (8mx3m) the poolhouse during the warm season 🍹 and the fireplace and winter sports (2h from ski resorts ⛷️) in the wintertime 🪵. Also close to the Villa, you got wineyards, well-known golf clubs, and kids attractions.

Quiet and cozy apartment with a huge private patio less than 5 min walk from the beach. Beautiful promenade with palm trees, chiringuitos, kids playgrounds and doggy parks in front of the sea. Close to the main streets for shopping, restaurants and nightlife and at the same time really quiet inside. You have many supermarkets close by and free street parking right in front. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We accept your kids and your dog 🤗

Places of interest: Platja d'Aro, its wonderful beach and coves worthy of the best sunsets. Urban center with a multitude of leisure and fun options ideal for couples or families, recreational activities all year round, public transport, the airport is in Girona 20 minutes away. Park with lake in front of the house. You'll love my place because of its location: pleasant outdoors, garden, chill-out loungers... ideal for relaxation and leisure. A different place.
