Pamela's place was fantastic! There was everything one could need, it was peaceful and cosy, a very beautiful home. The pool was also perfect to cool down on warm and sunny days. Would highly recommend :)

We would love to stay with Samantha again at any time. A natural environment, a peaceful place on earth. Highly recommended are also Samantha's cooking skills !!! Self-catering is also possible. There are ways to meet up with other guests, equally problem-free is the tranquility in and around your own accommodation area. The Atlantic coast is less than 8 km away and there are also plenty of things to do inland. In short - highly recommend!!!

What a nice stay I had for 1 night! I was picked up at the agreed place and time, the space looks really cute and beautiful, samantha provided a delicious 3-course meal and in the morning for a delicious breakfast; everything is there, slept wonderfully! This was a real gem - so much more than expected from the descriptions and photos, you can’t describe the beauty of the location and the off grid set up was a real inspiration to us. The cabin was super comfortable, the bed was very big, comfy, clean, and the light from the windows and sky lights were perfect - such an epic view to wake up to. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone interested in nature and off grid living as well as anyone wanting a retreat for themselves. They were very generous, offering unlimited free use of the boats, kayaks and paddle boards on the lake which we had fun with, and the home cooked meal was healthy and delicious, so I would also recommend taking the option to be cooked for. Very special find!

Still no words to describe this paradise, the only advice I can leave is to embark on this trip! It was not easy to reach and lose us in the middle, but when we realized where we arrived it made all sense.. we stayed in the canopy hut, which mime hut. Our favorite was the bathroom with a bathtub boat.. I loved the simplicity of everything. Slow living , repeating for sure. Thank you very much 🌿❤️

Very cozy space in the middle of nature for those who like organic experiences. The house is very beautiful and with a very peculiar construction. Hosts are very friendly and helpful if we need some kind of help. Regards and thank you :)

Overall, fantastic accommodation in particular if you want to relax in a calm environment. Clean and well equipped with a lot of attention to detail what the guests would need. Would recommend it 100%.

Wonderful space! I would highly recommend it. Aesthetically beautiful, careful and thoughtful. There's nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of cicadas and waking up to the sound of birds, with an amazing view. It is a very reserved and welcoming place, it makes you want to stay there forever! Breakfast was delicious and the host was very good!

Slow living at its best, great stay

We found paradise at Filipa`s little cabin overlooking the Mira river. The cabin is well equipped and clean, with a nice large balcony with table and sofa. There are trails around the cabin, which we enjoyed exploring. If you are looking for somewhere to wind down, but also very close to the beach and town with restaurants, this is it. We didn`t end up using the pool or hot tub at the nearby hotel, but it looked very nice. I highly recommend Filipa`s place.

It was lovely to meet Ben and Elin, two very friendly and kind people. The communication was excellent. The house and surrounds were wonderful. The bed was really comfortable and the doonas made for excellent sleeping. They provided a delicious breakfast which was a welcome sight on the balcony each morning. They have also gone to some trouble to provide an informative folder with lots of recommendations for food, activites and beaches to visit. Thank you for the wine, and great outdoor furniture to enjoy the surrounding nature. Highly recommended.

Great, clean place for a lonely stop on our way to Lisbon. The breakfast basket was nice and absolutely sufficient.

A wonderful stay and experience! Sandrine is a fantastic host and she and Olivier couldn't have been kinder. The lodging is beautiful, natural, and pure. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the space very private. The breakfasts were top of the line, too. Most highly recommended!

Karen and Jürgen are definitely among the most welcoming people I've ever met through Airbnb, it's the opposite of all these holiday home factories that clutter thisweb site now! Here, the place is magical, quiet and inspiring, it was really a pleasure to discover this little house and we hope to come back as soon as possible. Karen and Jürgen, besides being friendly and welcoming , are people with a lot of humor and it's very appreciated. Thanks again for our stay!!
