Flávio was from the very friendly and helpful beginning, quickly answered my questions, was extremely flexible regarding the check-in and checkout. My family and I felt at home, wonderful space, even better than the pictures, great pool and clean, as well as the whole backyard. Great, beautiful and very neatly arranged house. Alessandra and Marquinhos made us comfortable. We made a barbecue and I can say that it was wonderful, even the knives and barbecue board had, wonderful pool table, we played a lot. There are no negatives to say, only positives! Congratulations to Flavio for your place! It was a fantastic and perfect weekend! I highly recommend it to everyone!

We went to Andréa's house for the weekend to celebrate my son's birthday and the feeling was that we couldn't enjoy everything the house offers. The structure is amazing, everyone loved it and felt extremely comfortable during their stay. It is very worthwhile, the house in addition to being beautiful and cozy is fully equipped. Not to mention the reception and all the support we received from Fatima. Simply an experience that is very worth repeating and we want to return soon.

We loved the days we spent there, it's exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and organized. Geni always answered all our questions. I would like to point out that the person who received us, Mr. Rogério, is super attentive, helpful and friendly! We intend to return.

Maria is just amazing! Extremely attentive, friendly and thoughtful. From the beginning, when we closed the house, she was always very kind, explaining everything clearly and worrying about our well-being. We went with two babies and she showed special care regarding mosquitoes (which are many) and their comfort. A wonderful person who made all the difference in our experience! About the house, the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. The kitchen is located in the outdoor area of the house, next to the barbecue. The pool and whirlpool are simply perfect, a true invitation to relaxation! Too bad the weather didn't help and because of that we didn't take much advantage of the pool and unfortunately we couldn't see the waterfall because it rained throughout the stay, but that only left us even more excited to come back on a future opportunity. An experience that we definitely want to repeat on a sunny day! Highly recommended!

We spent the New Year in a group of friends and everything went well! The house is great, very well cared for. The swimming pool and play area were the most used spaces in the house. Edson is a good host and responds quickly, we asked for help with the care of the house and hired Ana, who helped us a lot. The homemade Luciano tbm is very helpful, they were great! The only observation we make is that the access road to home is really complicated, as described in the listing and deserves additional attention if it is with children/babies: Bad road/one-way, dirt for about 40/50 minutes. I do not recommend going out at night, that is, it is a great place to arrive, leave the car parked and enjoy the house! Services are scarce in the region, it is important to take medicines also because the nearest pharmacy is in Miguel Pereira. Since access is difficult, in case of lack of light, it may take some time to return. The house has generator, courtesy first load and if necessary more diesel is charged separately.

No words to describe the house, the location and the tranquility! Beautiful house! Surrounded by trees, plants and a river in front of the house! We had a unique weekend!

I only traveled with my husband, my 10-month-old son and the nanny. Very friendly and available Débora, made a point of making large grocery shopping to make it easier.

The house is beautiful, very ventilated, flat and with very charming decoration, exactly as described. We went with my elderly mother and the house is very accessible. The place is quiet, with an excellent leisure area and beautiful view of Dedo de Deus, allowing hikes around the lake. The kitchen has all the necessary items for the stay. The hostess was very kind and always attended to us promptly, in addition to presenting us with a bottle of sparkling wine. We'll be back as soon as possible.

The property is a paradise!! sleep with the noise of the river passing through the property and in the midst of nature is delicious. I recommend to those who want rest and peace in the midst of nature, but with the amenities of the proximity of the center of Teresópolis

Moment of peace, tranquility and comfort! The host was waiting for us on-site to check in and was super attentive, presenting every part of the house and informing about how everything works. Also, it became available on the wpp for any emergency. The site is wonderful, identical or better than in the photos. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you normally need. And all very clean. Equally clean and comfortable bedding. Great bathrooms. Very spacious house. Impeccable pool with spring water. By far the most clean, well-equipped and flagged house we have ever seen (steps and glass doors adhesive to ensure safety due to the natural unevenness of the land). The screens on the windows were great, they protected a lot from insects. There was air conditioning in the two bedrooms and one in the living room, all working very well. The plus is the wifi, which works in an excellent way, picks up even in the pool. For those who do home office is great. We'll be back!

I went to the farmhouse with my family (12 people). Everyone really liked it. The place is a very beautiful place and has an impressive structure. All decor is designed for the comfort of visitors. The pool space is amazing and everyone really enjoyed the period. The hostess is a lovely person who welcomed us with great affection and whenever we needed her, she assisted us. It is certainly a place we want to return to.

Marina always responded to messages and the stay met the family's expectations. We spend moments to relax and rest a little. Neighborhood very calm and Delio always very available to meet us during our stay.

The house is super cozy and spacious. Very quiet locale, close to the Centre, and sights. Hostess responds quickly, we feel very at ease and I highly recommend!

We went to a family group of 20 people and the house served us very well, with 5 excellent suites in the pool area, in addition to the upper suite that is huge and served the younger people well! The kitchen had the utensils we needed, the bathrooms were clean and equipped. We had a lot of fun during the 5 days of carnival in the leisure area with the wonderful pool, and volleyball on the sandy court. The aTV room was also widely used along with the game room. The service of the employees who provide daily support was great. The host Andressa was always very attentive and mediated all my demands with the owner who was also very helpful in solving the problems. Anyway, my group loved the stay and we already planned to return!

I spent 5 wonderful days with my family at the Nath site. It is located on a spacious, quiet property surrounded by green. Nossa cachorra, large-sized, ran and played a lot in the garden. The land is all walled up, so we leave it free without major worries. The kitchen is super equipped, and offers up to a mixer and a pipoqueira. The rooms are pleasant, and have extra pillows and blankets. Dona Dina received us with great sympathy, always prepared to help with what we needed. Communication with Nath was swift and clear from the first moment. We went to the market in Petrópolis and made the drive in about 13 minutes to go and 10 minutes to get back. Although the house is further away, it is super quiet to jump in the city if necessary, if the dirt road is not too wet. Plane I return to the site in a period of more sun, to enjoy the pool even more. Our trip was very special. Recommended!

Compliments only. All clean, flawless. It had all the utensils necessary for us to use, including many inputs that we forgot, we were surprised to see that there were available for use. Mr. Emerson was very attentive and answered us when we asked. In fact, we negotiated an extra amount so that I could enjoy more time before the checkin time and after checkout and it was very helpful for us. He makes a wonderful craft beer and leaves two complimentary bottles. The orchard is super varied, orange, stirrica, lemon, banana, guava, mango, cocoa, jabuticaba, acerola, pitanga, avocado, a lot, I will return in the spring so I can enjoy all these loaded feet rs I highly recommend the location, a Peace. You can only hear birds and the sound of the waterfall that lies just behind the house. Do not want to return home. Haha

I loved it here. Such a privilege to stay in someone's home that preserves history and is so close to a rushing waterfall.

Our stay was wonderful, we were a group of 10 people, family and friends. The house has everything, we made lunch barbecue and dinner, breakfast, there is nothing missing, dishes and glasses of good quality. Simple but clean and smelling bed and bath linens and various blankets and heaters.The house has good energy, inspires warmth, good conversations, good laughs, hugs, fun, food, wines and drinks and a lot of peace and appreciation of the beautiful nature, as well as the visit of the butterflies. It was incredible days that we are already planning when we will return lrs. We'd like to thank the host for Avner's attention and kindness and the homemakers D Sandra and Duda.

The house is very nice, it is inside a delightful condominium with a waterfall. The natural pool is exactly as shown in the pictures, we enjoyed the space a lot and we intend to return! Only observation: cell phone signal is not good and the Internet, although most of the time constant, we were without signal a few moments (lasted around 1h/1h30 without signal).
