We stayed at Jasmina's place for a week with our 6/7-person team for an offsite, and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy while also being able to work together. The option to have breakfasts and BBQs prepared for an additional fee was a nice touch. One thing to note is that there’s no kitchen available for cooking, but this was clearly communicated upfront, so it wasn't a surprise. Overall, a fantastic place for a team retreat or group stay!

A really nice play to stay. Plenty of space and very comfortable. More or less walkable to/from the centre, but plenty of places to eat nearby and supermarkets too. The host was really helpful and communication was fast and friendly. Can definitely recommend for anyone staying either for just a short trip or a longer stay. Fully equipped kitchen too and big enough to comfortably live for a longer stay.

What a nice place to stay. We enjoyed staying at Marina's place. We had an early check-ins. The host was always responsive and understanding. We felt at home. Lots of restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. The bus stop is only 3mins away. We will definitely come back and stay here again if we ever come back to Belgrade. Thank you very much!😊

Convenient place, clean and beautiful house.

Heartfelt recommendation for this place: private and peaceful location, yet still easy to reach and close to the city center even with public transportation, or even walking. Nikola and his family were great and welcoming hosts, always available and inquiring if I needed anything. Great value for the money!

Apartment is on the good location and close to main local transport from which you can get very fast to the center of the Belgrade. It's a nice place to have a rest from many daily activities that Belgrade offers. Teodor is also very responsive on messages, so to sum up everything was fine.

Natasha is so friendly and responsible, has a good communication and she is very helpful. The bed is comfortable, besides the pillows are not so comfy, we did sleep very well. The only thing I would change are few things in the bathroom, like something to hold the shower, so it would be easier to wash the hair. Also the bathtub was clogged, but it was few points that didn't bother us. We had a nice stay and I strongly recommend Natasha Place. Thank you for hosting us.

This is a perfect place to stay in Belgrade, located in a center, 5-10 minutes by walk to all must-see points. The apartment was clean, quite and equipped with all necessary things. Fast and stable Wi-Fi was a strong plus as we worked remotely. Milos is a great host - always ready to help with minor problems and to advise best places around.

Big and spacious, it doesn't get any central than this in Belgrade.

This is a private, quiet apartment, furnished and organized perfectly for a short or a long term rental. Daniel lives in the building, so he is very responsive and flexible. Great communication, and the apartment is spotless!

This was a last-minute urgent stay in Belgrade and Aleksandra was so very kind to quickly respond to the booking and have everything arranged for my arrival. The apartment is as described. The area has a lot to offer and most restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc are within walking distance, including a mall, across the street. The Internet connection was great so I could have some work done as well. I hope to come and visit again and stay at Aleksandra`s place longer.

Goran is a great host with a unique knowledge of local perks. Thé house is located in a Green and quet place while still close to the city center.

This apartment is at the heart of the pedestrian area of the very centre of Belgrade, close to shops and numerous restaurants. It is very conveniently placed, on one side allowing access by car. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, very spacious and airy, nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable. I was greeted in person by the friendly host. I had a lovely stay.

I have traveled over 50+ countries and Jovana's place is one of the cutest places I have ever stayed...very convenient,easy to walk around,very big Starbucks just around the corner....It's also an additional big plus is how amazing the host of this place..Jovana is very friendly,easy to communicate,very responsive...would definitely recommend her place ..thank you

The property is very centrally located. The landlord was always available and tried to accommodate all our wishes. The location is perfect and the city can be reached in 10 minutes without transport. We are very happy to book this place again.

Nice big rooms, great location, peaceful street. Only thing we found questionable is sliding stained glass door on toilet, that you access from livingroom (we were two couples staying in). Everything else was for 10/10

The apartment is perfect, located right in the heart of the city, just a minute from Vukov Spomenik. Everything is exactly as described and shown in the photos—it’s even more spacious in person. The building is well-secured with a guard on duty, and the parking space is incredibly useful, given how hard it is to find parking in the city center. Milovan is by far the best host I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even taking extra care knowing we had a baby with us—he thoughtfully entered with protective shoe covers to keep everything spotless. On top of that, he welcomed us with a generous welcome package filled with snacks, drinks, and sweets, which was such a thoughtful touch. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find a host who truly cares about creating an unforgettable experience, but Milovan does exactly that. We’ll definitely be returning, as the entire experience was truly exceptional.

Very happy with this choice. Great place if you need 2 separate bedrooms. Great location as well as all city transportation is easily accessible. Grocerie store and restaurants in close vicinity.
