We loved out stay with Rosellina. She went over the top to be sure we were taken care of including an unexpected lite dinner with a local bottle of wine due to our check in being late after a long day of travel. Her recommendations were very helpful and she was even able to provide us with a last minute taxi to the airport. Outstanding location and very relaxing environment. We did not see air conditioning but with the doors open, fans running and ocean breezes, we did not need it. This may be an issue during summer. The kitchen was excellent, as was the Wifi. We have stayed with many hosts over the years, but she was the best

There were six of us staying in Paola's beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Everything is very clean and fragrant, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with everything you need in a home. In addition, we took advantage of the Appa rental car (suggested by the host) right in front of the apartment and it was a very positive experience, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, kind and helpful. When we had small problems, Mrs. Paola was immediately available and helpful, promptly resolving them. It was easy to communicate thanks to her kindness. We would definitely come back, highly recommended.

We felt completely comfortable. Domenico and his wife are great hosts, they welcomed us warmly, always responded quickly, gave us many tips for excursions in the area and provided our son with toys. In the apartment there is everything you need and the yard with the many fruit trees is beautiful. A great recommendation for a holiday!

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

We were in Mondello in July 2024 and had a fantastic vacation. The beaches and the turquoise blue sea were stunningly beautiful. The apartment of our host Gabriella was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. We didn't miss anything. The terrace provides shade during the day and invites you to a glass of wine in the evening – simply beautiful. Gabriella is a warm and loving host who can always be reached by phone. A special experience was when we closed the front door in the middle of the night and the key was inside. We called Gabriella, and her husband came right away to help us. We are very grateful for that. Gabriella was always available for questions and useful tips. We felt very comfortable with her – it doesn't get any better than that. Thank you, Gabriella, for this unforgettable, wonderful holiday! Grazie mille ♡♡♡

We had a nice and relaxing time in the apartment: everything was as described. We and our children felt completely comfortable. Especially because of the quiet location! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, close to the train and the beach, in the area there are shops and restaurants. Enzo turned out to be a very nice and helpful host, always in touch with us. Thank you very much for a very nice holiday in beautiful Sicily. See you in the future!

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!
