We loved our stay at Sharon’s place. It was quiet, had a beautiful view and was within walking distance to the Main Street of lawn (there is a hill on the way back though if that isn’t your thing!) Sharon was super responsive and we loved the little touches for our Easter weekend. Highly recommend!

Very much a family beach house vibe. Low key but lovely in a very home from home way. Facilities and set up for cooking etc was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and the dog was very happy too. Excellent communication with the helpful hosts

Lovely clean house with everything you need and walking distance to the beach and a cafe. Host left clear instructions and was responsive. Shower water pressure isn't great but that's the only 'fault' and it's minor. Lovely neat and tidy, secure backyard Would stay again 😊

This was a gorgeous stay and clearly a lot of time and effort has gone in to it. The front porch is very sweet. My only regret is that we were out a lot and didn’t get to spend much time appreciating our surrounds. Would definitely stay again.

We could not recommend this place any more! Our young family had such an amazing weekend. The place is clean, well equipped and has a lovely, homey vibe. There wasn’t a moment where the kids felt bored, as there are lots of activities, board games etc. Fran was an exceptional host with great communication from the minute we booked, the days leading up to check in and even during and after the trip. We spent a day at St Leanords, and then the following day at Portarlington - visiting beaches, cafes, restaurants and parks. This was made easy as the house is situated in between the 2 towns, which are both under a 10 minute drive away. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future!

We loved staying at Jane's home in Red Rock, Phillip Island. It was comfortable, homey, clean, tidy, fit the description perfectly and offered a big back yard, ping-pong table and outdoor cricket set for our three teenage children (and for their beachhouse-owning mates who popped in and out 🙄). Perfect family home. Accessible to the main street of Cowes (but not by foot) and as a bonus we could take our two little dogs. Morning walks along Red Rock beach (five minute walk away) and its surrounds were glorious. Initially, I didn't think there were any coffee shops in the area but we stumbled across the Red Rock golf course which sells coffee and cheese toasties! It was so nice to sit there looking over the golf course. We hope that Jane will have us again.

Great family house extraordinarily well equipped kitchen with lots of equipment and clear instructions. Peaceful, private, comfortable. Walk to beachover a sand ridge or via flat streets in 5-10 minutes. Beachside walk to shops in 20-25 minutes. Great value.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

In addition to it being a stunning property inside and the surrounding grounds of the property, every aspect of the house was well thought out including the cleanliness- kudos to the cleaners. Good facilities, kitchen was well stocked with essentials, perfect layout for our group with plenty of space to spread out and also gather. Can’t fault the place! Our host Tamara was amazing in helping us prepare for our stay and making it a memorable one. We only wished we had stayed longer! We will absolutely be staying here again.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

The place is gorgeous and exactly as advertised. Everything is perfect there with generous provision of everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Beach and Blairgowrie village are both within walking distance. Bookabreak were wonderful with their communication - always so lovely and helpful. 10/10

Fantastic stay! Plenty of space for our families, with big rooms, a great outdoor area, and large TV for entertainment. The hosts provided all the essentials, including coffee, shampoo, and even board games. The kitchen was well equipped - rice cooker, cheese gratter, and electric whisk… you name it! Location is excellent: quiet and close to stunning beaches. Highly recommend!

I had such a lovely time staying here!! The place was super clean, organised, has what you need to have a very comfortable stay. LOVE the backyard, so private and peaceful! Chris gave me a lot of information which made it very easy for me to check in 🙂 I HIGHLY recommend staying here 😊

Loved my stay with my dogs and will stay again. Amelia was a great host communicating well. The location was superb with the lake and dog park behind and shops and ocean 300m away. The unit had everything I needed and the complimentary chocolates and champagne were appreciated.

Terry was an excellent host and this is such a great place down the coast for some time with family. Our little ones loved swimming and seeing the animals. Beds were comfy and the cottage was large. We will be back! Thanks again Terry!

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us Suzie, we had a great time even though the weather wasn't the best for swimming. The house was warm and welcoming with plenty of space to read, relax and do puzzles. The kitchen was fabulously equipped and having the coffee machine was brilliant. The hot tub was spotlessly clean and even though it was chilly and windy out it was great to relax in the tub and be surrounded by tea trees.

We had the perfect holiday, quiet, peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Close to the back beach and a short drive to the front beach. We couldnt have hope for a better place. Lucy was helpful and responded quickly when we needed confirmation of things. Many Thanks

Had a wonderful stay, lovely walk to a beautiful beach. The view over the golf course was so peaceful. A lovely neighbourhood, with friendly people. We all had a blast and loved the space and was a great for our dogs and great to have a doggy door that went into the garage. Would recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
