We had an excellent stay in this beautiful loft. The unit was clean and centrally located. Michele was a magnificent host and ensured that we had everything we needed for an amazing stay.

Great service, convenient to all amenities on foot and Nicola is very helpful!! In the apartment I have already found some things to cook (oil, salt, etc.) over coffee pods and some welcome drinks. Highly recommended!

Despite problems with our health, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing with very accurate photography. The surrounding area is peaceful, with good access to the train station. It is one of the most affordable and decent places we have found in the Romagna and we warmly recommend it to guests.

Stayed on Marco's place for 11 days and i never felt away from home. the place is walkable distance from the Mondolfo center and about 15 minutes away from the beaches. marco sent local recommendations for food and gelato which is a plus.

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Very clean place (I never found a perfectly clean place like this), extremely helpful hosts. I interacted with both Francesca and her son and they were both extremely kind, quick, and proactive.

Good place, location and price

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully furnished. The garden was great and especially enjoyed the children. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super tasty fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was okay - a really great service. If we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

clean and cozy house just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really spacious. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly made us find access when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

We only spent one night at the SKAAUT loggia, but we had a great time. The house was exactly as described, cozy and well maintained. Despite the short stay, everything was great and comfortable. Recommended for those looking for a quiet and well-organized place!

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Rimini! The apartment was not only beautiful and tastefully decorated, but also sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. Everything was exactly as described and I immediately felt comfortable. I want to highlight the landlady who was just great. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and was always available for any questions or concerns throughout my stay. Communication was straightforward from the beginning and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Rimini, and also the proximity to the beach is a big plus. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend this place. The place is lovely. The formidable views and the apartment is very nice. The hosts are extremely friendly and attentive, the attention is personalized and they make you feel right at home. It is a very quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommended accommodation!

Casa Lubacaria is a small jewel, renovated and furnished with extreme attention to detail, maintaining the rustic and ancient style of the palace. Roberto was very kind and welcoming. We hope to be back!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
