Old apartment of 63 m2, quiet, for 4 people, beautiful volume, old parquet floor and a beautiful 35 m2 terrace, opposite Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. We live in this apartment, we entrust it to you. It's on the 1st floor, in a building from the 1930s, quiet, well kept. There is a digicode, a caretaker, two small elevators. Please be a party, no pets. There are numerous food shops very close by. Please, no party, no animal, no smoking.
