Wonderful stay for our group and our 4 dogs. The backyard was so spacious and has a perfect view of the lake. The area is nicely secluded with trees to provide privacy from the one neighboring house. Loved the large open kitchen/dining area. Perfect open space when everyone is inside that we didn't feel crammed. Having a pontoon available to rent was the ticket! Well worth it to explore the lake and enjoy the weather. Only con was we wish there was just a bit of a beach area. I only say this for our dogs so they would have an easier time getting in and out of the water. The water is so clear so it makes it perfect to float off the dock area.

Amazing location. Great communication with hosts. Couldn’t have been happier. Sauna a BIG PLUS. Also, great family game closet. We laughed so hard playing Bemidji-opoly, a local take on Monopoly. We will be BACK! .

Lovely cabin. Clean linens, bathrooms, full size kitchen, living room. The fireplace in winter is an added benefit. Nice location close to Bemidji and Buena Vista ski resort. Great family get away. Though the restaurant isn't open in the winter, the pool and store have limited hours for use.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lakeside cabin. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The lake was peaceful and serene, great for boating on the included pontoon boat or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the lake. Our kids loved exploring the shoreline and fishing off the dock. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a tranquil family vacation.

It was my second time making a trip up to Josh's place. Such beautiful and peaceful cabin and in a great location. All the amenities of home and right down the road from Red Lake. Would highly recommend to those planning a trip to fish Red Lake.

Wow! This place was immaculate! My husband and I kept talking about the attention to detail in everything, was so nice! We will definitely be staying here again, if we come back this way. The master bedroom was HUGE! Super plus for us! The complimentary coffee was nice to wake up to the sunrise this morning 🫶🏽 my kids enjoyed being able to run around instead of a hotel 😇

The place was perfect with everything we needed, very clean and furnished, close enough to town yet secluded enough to have privacy giving a taste of backwoods Minnesota. Perfect stay for what we desired, very cozy, excellent neighborhood, good roadways and simple directions. Absolutely saving the spot for any possible future visits to backwoods bemidji. Thank you:)

We had a wonderful stay! My husband was in town for work, and we were looking for a peaceful, private place that was clean and comfortable—this place checked all the boxes. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge when he wasn’t working. Jamie was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating, especially when a surprise snowstorm threw a few curveballs our way during check-in. We truly appreciated her hospitality and care. My husband usually has this work trip once a year, and we’ll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!
