Our cottage is located in a small hamlet close to L'Aigle, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris. The Eagle is served by the Paris/ Granville train line. There are plenty of sites to visit nearby.

On the ground floor, a living room with a wood stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable bathroom. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the land, the old barn converted into a dwelling.
