Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Ben Nevis

The property was spotless and very well appointed. We were welcomed on arrival by Murdo, Alison’s husband. There was a very nice welcome basket awaiting us containing wine, crisps, biscuits and other goodies. There was a comprehensive booklet covering the functionality of all the appliances as well as local attractions. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and hope we can return again in the future. Perfect location, perfect accommodation and perfect host!! Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived we knew we’d booked the right house for our family get together, it was perfect with a lovely enclosed garden making it safe for dogs and our granddaughter. It was in our very favourite part of Aviemore and we loved everything about our stay. Sarah was super helpful and always responded to any questions I had. We’d totally recommend The Squirrels and would love to stay again.

This place is a real gem with stunning views ! Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and well equipped! And there was clear and great instructions for everything.

We LOVED our stay at Highfield House and were sad we had to leave. Everything there that we needed plus lots of spices, dry goods, coffee, tea and sugar that we were not expecting. Loved staying in a renovated church. Close to lots of outdoor Highland excursions and close to Inverness

Wee House is a great place to stay, well equipped, very cosy especially with the log burner (logs and kindling all supplied), and a comfy king-size bed. A number of books, maps, walk suggestions were all in the house. Heather has included so many little extras and excellent instructions for everything, and the 'goodies' in the kitchen and fridge were very much welcomed. We arrived late at night and in not great weather, and Heather had gone before us to unlock the property so we wouldn't have to fumble in the dark and sleet for the key box. Very much appreciated. Even though this was January, there was a lot to do in the area although not enough snow for skiing... but not Heather's fault!!! Some great walks, even in the snow, lovely eating places.. Cairngorm Hotel did a very tasty Burns meal. All in all a great stay that we wished could have been longer.

My family and I stayed for a couple of days at Drovers Lodge. The house was feautiful, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped, and with good quality. Linda and Euan went to great lengths to make us feel welcomed and we certainly did. The location is ideal if you’re traveling by car and sits in a nice and quiet neighborhood. At the time of this review there is debate among my family if this is not the No. 1 place we’ve been in this holidays. It is surely among the top 3 we’ve been ever. And we have been at amazing places with amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

It was a lovely place to stay, with a magical fireplace. The spa was relaxing, and the location was very quiet yet close to many attractions. Thank you.

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

Our employee is a regular guest with Karolina, she is always so accommodating for us!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful cottage surrounded by acres of woodland. The cottage was very cosy and warm with all the amenities you need. One of my favourite parts of the day was sitting by the kitchen door first thing in the morning watching the red squirrels and deer amongst the trees. Ashley the owner was lovely and very responsive to any queries we had. The cottage is located on the edge of Blairgowrie, given you great access to nearby towns and the beautiful Perthshire countryside. It’s also a perfect location to the south east Cairngorms. Would definitely return here and highly recommend this wonderful cottage.

We had a lovely time staying at Margaret's home over the New Year period. The house is well set-up and and was warm and welcoming for us arriving. The weather was atrocious for a few of our days but the house remained lovely and warm and we took advantage of access to the local hotel spa facilities which is a great addition to the booking. It's a great location for accessing the local countryside and we had some great walks when the weather cleared. Margaret was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and afterwards when we accidentally left some things behind. It's a great location, excellent value for money and we'd love to come back in the summer.

Extremely peaceful and beautiful location, 30 mins from Oban. Magic views from the living room (lake, mountains, sheep everywhere). A lot of space for 4 adults + 2 kids in the house. A lot of facilities near the house including swimming pool. Clean and comfortable beds. Moved two single beds and provided baby cot as we requested. It was a bit difficult to find the house as we arrived late at night but no big deal. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Mary's lodge in Wemyss Bay Caravan Park over the Christmas period. The hosts were welcoming and took the time to explain all aspects of the lodge and its facilities upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. The lodge was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and a great table for our Christmas Dinner which made it feel like a true home away from home. It was warm and exactly as described on Airbnb. The location was perfect for a peaceful family getaway, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cosy and well-appointed retreat!

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

We stayed at Sam’s place at the end of October, it was exactly as it was shown in the listing, the directions Sam provided were absolutely perfect and the views (once the autumn mist had cleared) were great. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area 10/10.

The cottage was really comfortable and warm. The instructions for everything were clear and easy to find. The views out over the harbour are stunning and we were lucky to have good weather throughout our stay!

Patricia's place is lovely. The living room is so cosy where you are surrounded by books with a view of the sea out the window. The kitchen has everything you need and well stocked. Patricia even left milk, butter and home made bread. I was very happy to see a hot water bottle too! Dunoon is really stunning. There are some beautiful Glen's to explore. Unfortunately most of the trails were closed due to storm damage but I still found lots to do. Patricia was very helpful with suggestions for walks and lent me some maps of the area. Thanks Patricia!

Fantastic place to stay in the centre of Pitlochry. Close to pretty much everything the town has to offer including beautiful walks and great dog friendly pubs. The cottage itself was ideal. A beautiful and comfortable stay was had. Had everything we needed for a short stay, had such a good time and will definitely be coming back. Fiona was so helpful with clear instructions and recommendations. Communication was excellent, thank you for a lovely stay. Thoroughly recommend staying here for anyone planning a trip to the town. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

absolute gem of a place , photos do not do it justice .We're just gutted we didn't book it for longer. Ann was super helpful and friendly. we will 100% be returning on our next trip to Skye but we'll be staying longer next time. 100% recommend Ann's place. can't wait to return.

Whole family had a great stay in one of the most all round scenic spots in Aviemore, whilst being near amenities. Jack is a great host and went out his way to help. Whole house was spotless and my son loved the PlayStation in the bedroom!

We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I requested some robes for us arriving and the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted it all for us. It was so peaceful and all secure for our dog and little boy to run around. The hot tub was a great bonus as well! Thank you so much!
