Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Benicia

The house is very cozy and comfortable. The area is quiet and feels safe. We were allowed to arrive early without even asking. The house seems decorated with love, and the view is incredible. We went to visit UC Berkeley with our 5 teenage kids and dog, and everyone loved the house. We would love to stay there again.

Aram was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in. His home is absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen provide everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every corner of the house, including the serene backyard deck, is a true delight—offering privacy, lush greenery, and a thoughtful design that reflects Aram’s keen attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend Aram’s place to any of my friends visiting the area.

An utterly sublime sanctuary for my friends and I to gather from around the country and spend some spa-inspired QT together. The outdoor ambiance and amenities are bar none! This was our second time staying at Tara and Reid's listing while travelling for work. Which speaks volumes of how great their listing and location is, on Potrero Hill! The photos are exactly what it looks like; I'm almost reluctant to shout this out for fear that it'll be booked our next time we visit SF again.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Izzy was a great host. She was incredibly responsive to any issues (all small and easily managed) that I had. She was very friendly and made me feel right at home. If I’m ever in the Oakland/SF area I would love to have Izzy as a host again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheilah’s place. It had everything the two of us needed for a very comfortable one week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including coffee, tea, oil and vinegar and a variety of spices. The location was great: we could walk to a variety of restaurants, two major grocery stores and to Walgreens. It was easy to use public transportation from her place to get into San Francisco. Sheilah was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her Airbnb and we hope to stay there again in the future.

I enjoyed my time at Audrey’s place. They are centrally located and the backyard is a beautiful place to work or unwind. Audrey, Jordie, and the pups were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend their place for any guest visiting Oakland.

Jonathan's place was truly like home. We particularly appreciated the full kitchen, well-equipped, which enabled us to cook several meals rather than always eating out (although the neighborhood has many interesting ethnic restaurants). The beds were comfy -- both had reading lights -- and screens in both bedrooms and the living room.

Our 2nd booking with this listing. It meets all expectations. Very clean. Anything needed for our stay was available. A well stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal preps. The super hosts have a generous welcome basket that was wonderful for our later arrival quick snacks. The hosts, Stanley and Virginia, are quick responders to any of our inquiries.

Enjoyed staying in an updated, uncluttered space that felt like home. The outdoor patio was a real asset with a fire table, whirlpool hot tub, outdoor grill and refrigerator and sitting area. The gated entrance really made it feel like a private getaway. Elizabeth was very responsive to any inquiries and was interested to know if everything was to my liking. Would book again.

Our second stay at Krista’s condo and we just love it there so much! Clean, contemporary, comfortable & conveniently located, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. It’s a part of our Napa experience and we’re already looking forward to our next trip!

We loved our stay here! So centrally located to everything we needed; we could walk to coffee and shops and restaurants easily, and then just a short drive to so many other things, including SF and the beach. The space exceeded our expectations in every way--cozy bedrooms, sweet patio behind the house, lots of games and books and a great kitchen. And getting in and out of the house with the keyless entry made it so simple--no keys to worry about! We'd definitely stay there again!

Perfect apartment for my parents two week stay - the accommodation has everything you need to cook a full meal in the kitchen, very comfortable bed and living room area and has a lovely garden to enjoy the sunshine (beautiful garden furniture!). Very safe and Amy was great host, incredibly friendly and responsive - couldn’t have asked for anything more! Will definitely use the apartment again for future stays in San Francisco!

The views are stunning and the layout is condusive for professional & personal use cases. The unit had fruit, snacks & coffee provided. The linens were clean and we had plenty of towels. I highly recommend this unit and will be staying here again.
