Beach house holiday rentals in Benissa

The house is very nice, well furnished and offers everything you need. The garden and roof terrace are beautiful, the view breathtaking. The surrounding area is very quiet, you definitely need a car. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. The beautiful beach and a small hiking area are within walking distance in 15-20 minutes. The communication with Bernabé was great!

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location within 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment as indicated, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Jose and Maria were excellent, they really made sure we were comfortable when the temperature dropped they brought us a blanket. They brought us a fan when we asked as well. The only thing that was tough was the mattress, it really is just a basic spring mattress that gave us trouble.

We were very comfortable in Patricia's apartment, we would definitely repeat!!

We spent two very nice weeks in this exceptionally different place and very close to the beach. Communication in advance, during the stay and on departure was excellent and warm. Mónica and her husband are very accommodating, helpful, straightforward and nice hosts. Everything in the accommodation, which used to be a fisherman's house/boathouse and has been transformed into an apartment, was as described in the listing and almost perfect. We felt very comfortable in it. It is only a few meters walk to the beach. The town of Villajoyosa is very beautiful, quiet, in the morning you can watch the sunrise in clear sky. We highly recommend this property to anyone. Since she has several beds, showers, and toilets, several people can also be accommodated right away. Olivier was very very friendly, attentive and really accommodating. Available at any time, uncomplicated communication and small gestures that were gratifying. Upon arrival, the expectations raised by the pictures were even exceeded! The view when entering the house through the terrace door directly on the pool and the sea were unique! A car on site offers the necessary flexibility and is definitely recommended, then you can reach everything effortlessly and easily (restaurants, supermarkets, beach, etc.). We would come back anytime and can only recommend Olivier as a host!

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean . Comfortable, safe (grjas on all doors and windows) screens in the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one level, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time . As the only objection to commenting on the scarce kitchenware (plates and glasses) we had to buy half a dozen and the lack of a dishwasher (essential in these times) it must be borne in mind that our stay was long and we made many meals at home. Otherwise fantastic

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Thank you so much for a nice stay Arno, will probably be back🤩

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

The stay at Puri's place was really nice. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The amenities couldn't have been better. There was everything (and even more) that you could use for a holiday. It was only a few minutes' walk to the sea, so you could always switch between the pool and the sea. Puri is an amazing host. She was friendly, helpful and always available. She was also very accommodating to us at check-in and check-out. We would recommend the place and Puri at any time.

We recommend this rental Miguel is a great host. The house is very functional, the pool is at its best. The beach, a 5-minute walk away, is very pretty and uncrowded. In short, a great plan!

We had a fantastic holiday, the Villa was amazing with everything we needed and more. The location is perfect, a 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only need a small door on the garden fence, although there is no danger since the development is closed.

We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 nights in this adorable villa, a super private location, with a pool, terrace, and balcony. We all had a fabulous time and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, so much so that they preferred it to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. The location is lovely, right beside a quaint tree-sheltered park that leads you to a traditional family Tapas restaurant, outside seating, brilliant prices, and fresh and delicious food, the paella is insanely good, as was the fresh squid, anchovies, mussels & clams. It is a tranquil area, set back from the busy tourist strip, perfect for just chilling with the family. Now, our host was amazing, he completely prepared us for our arrival and was in immediate contact whenever needed. We couldn't fault him or his hospitality, as we hope we have made a new friend.
