Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Benton

our host responded quickly. the trip was put together on a whim. we certainly enjoyed the dining room table. usually, a grip of friends gets together for a mini vacation and we enjoyed sitting at the table eating. the master bedroom bed was movement free. which made the quality of sleep better the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. the back bedroom was interesting. it was large, with a TV and carpet. it is perfect if someone needing more privacy. we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to rent again

My friend and I spent a couple of days at this cozy home. The location was very peaceful and we really enjoyed the screened in back porch. The home was exceptionally clean, nice and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, nice large screen tv and everything we needed in the kitchen and baths. Robert is an excellent host and thought of everything. I will definitely book this home again on my next trip to the area.

Andrea was great and very responsive to any of questions. Allowed us to stay with our furry friend which is hard to find! Close to the hospital and restaurants so was just what we needed. Place was neat, clean and felt right at home. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Pros: clean (except for nasty looking carpet) Kitchen well appointed with all our needs. Big to accommodate large group. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub (except me as I got sick soon after we arrived. That sucked. ) Cons: knew there were stairs, but had no concept of how many. Inside and out was pretty inaccessible for me. I’m not handicapped or disabled, but too old for that many. Couldn’t even get to a bathroom without climbing stairs. And that’s a problem when you’re sick! Driveway so steep even my 40 year old daughter had issues with it. Overall, it’s a nice place, just didn’t meet my needs. Hostess was kind in giving us extra time to get out as I was really sick and husband had to do everything to get us out without any help. Thank you, Donna.

Karen and David’s Bloom House was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Karen’s outstanding communication made everything effortless—she provided excellent recommendations and was always quick to respond. The homemade cookies were such a lovely touch—thank you! If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay with gracious hosts, Bloom House is the perfect choice. We would absolutely stay again!

Pam was an amazing host the trip was for me a great weekend were I told her that I was there to propose to my girlfriend. And told her that and left us bottle of champagne from a toast we loved that place so much that we booked it again for the holiday weekend coming up in may

Charming Lake house right on the water was what this girl group of tired teachers needed. James was responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and matched the description posted. We will be back!!

My husband and I LOVED this room, and hope to come back very soon! The location is amazing and in walking distance to everything we did during our weekend in Hot Springs. Free parking garage next door which was great, super pretty and clean (looks exactly like the pictures) and comfortable! There is a cute little outdoor area that I’m sure we would hav utilized more if the weather was warmer. Overall this is was a great find!

Lori was very responsive and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Little Rock in the future.

The Sunny Oaks Studio Apartment was exactly what we needed! A delightful studio apartment in a beautiful setting! Hosts were responsive to our texts and took care of our needs immediately! My husband particularly enjoyed chatting with our host's spouse! Hopefully, we will be able to return to the area someday soon and will definitely want to stay in the Sunny Oaks Apartment!

We loved our stay! The bed was firm but comfortable. The lakes and trails in the neighborhood were truly tranquil and the apt was very homey! The 20-30 min drive to Hot Springs was definitely worth it for the views from the neighborhood/ apt. Our host gave very clear instructions and was very proactive/kind when a winter storm was in the area informing us we were welcome to reschedule or warning to come in a 4wheel drive.

Great place to stay, and great hosts. The back patio is a nice place to unwind in the evenings and relax with coffee in the morning. The hosts were always responsive for the few things that I did inquire about.

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

A lovely place to stay. Nice and quiet with a gorgeous view of the water, it was the perfect place for our weekend away. Definitely recommend staying hereto anyone wanting to visit Hot springs but be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

My family and I came to get out of the routine a little and this was the ideal place. We had the lake in front of us which filled us with a lot of peace and disconnected us from the daily hustle and bustle. My husband and I were able to enjoy our coffee and a good chat without noise or interruptions. The place is quite cozy and Anne was quite friendly...I definitely recommend it!

Book this Airbnb, you won’t be disappointed. This unit was simply lovely and we were greeted with a personal welcome sign on the fridge. (Nice touch) The location was perfect for our stay in Hot Springs. You’re closer to the lake without all the hassle of traffic and the view is amazing! They spared no expense with their remodel with incredible tile work, soft closing cabinets, a fantastic mattress, quality furniture and a kitchen that included everything down to real knives, wine opener and a ninja blender. Absolutely impressive and the aromatherapy oil diffuser was simply divine. Our lil Gracy felt right at home and she appreciated the tiny dog treats. We’re looking forward to staying again! Than you for everything! You’re an excellent host!

This was a great placed to stay for the quick trip! Everything was super clean and smelled fresh. The shower is a little short and the beds aren't the most comfortable, but it was definitely worth the money for the weekend. I would definitely come back for the view and fishing.
