Absolutely charming, and quiet little cabin. Our host Baxter was attentive, and helpful with multiple aspects throughout our stay. I will be saving his place for future stays!

This is the perfect place for those wishing to get away from hustle and bustle and experience some peace and serenity. I do recommend stopping in Warsaw on the way to get food/supplies as there are no stores close by and bait as well as most bait shops we passed were closed. We would absolutely stay there again. Melanie was very kind and responded quickly to our questions.

Love coming down to spend time in nature! Having the garage was great when we came in from the woods. New carpet was so nice and soft! I wish the water filter/ice maker in the fridge had been working. We bought gallon jugs of filtered water in day 2, so it wasn't to big of an issue.

Very nice people! Even let our dog out and spent time with him while we were busy. Very helpful and always willing to help.

Sterett Creek Lake House was perfect for our family to unwind and recoup before heading out again to the MO State Fair! It was clean, easy to find, and quiet, with comfy beds, and a nice kitchen. Erica was responsive to our questions and everything was exactly as described.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so peaceful, the fishing was good, the place was sparkling clean and comfortable. It truly felt like home away from home for us. We were just so pleased the minute we walked through the door. The hosts had just about everything you could think to forget in the bathroom lol. One of the best we've stayed at so far. The private dock can be driven down to if a person is unable to walk the hill. We were impressed that there was a sink and cleaning station at the dock, as well as soap to wash your hands during your time fishing. I will definitely be booking in the future. This was a couples trip but I'm excited to bring my kids up for our next experience.

The cabin was beautiful. Kerry was an awesome host. She communicated with me very well and gave excellent directions. My family and I enjoyed our quiet weekend after our busy Christmas. We lit a fire in the fireplace and did a 1000 piece puzzle. We checked out the fishing lake. Made s’mores over the outside burn pit. The appliances were super nice. It was a nice cozy quiet get away with my family. My grandchildren enjoyed the loft and there was plenty of things to do to keep them busy and they are 4 and 2. I rate this cabin as a 10/10. Super happy and satisfied.

The BEST little honeymoon suite for me and my new husband! We enjoyed our short little stay and it was perfect for right after our wedding!
