Beautiful, updated home, great outdoor setting and views of Big Platte. House was clean, and tidy. Nicely stocked. Host was very responsive and kind. The patio is large and has several seating options. The location is ideal and central to many other towns and beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Awesome little spot! Short drive to Crystal Mountain! The perfect family ski weekend!

Frankfort is a cute little beach town with no less than 3 ice cream stores within a 1/2 mile. It was a 10-15 minute stroll around a lovely park to get to the downtown area. We loved the restaurants and the brewery was great too. The house is a cute craftsman style home built a long time ago- you can just feel the history. Easy key pad entry. A welcome book with Wi-Fi password and recommendations of things to see and do. Clean linens and comfy beds. A cute eclectic mix of furniture reflects the homeowners love of art. The glass topped door dining table was super cute. The coffee bar was a very nice touch and a great way to start the day. It was unseasonably warm so we appreciated the air conditioning too. There are steep stairs as most homes from this era have, but the handrail was very sturdy and I felt safe. Our pups were happy to have an off leash space to play in the back yard. We stayed during the holidays for a winter getaway. This place had everything we needed and more. It was easy to find and park. The house was cozy and had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities. It's also right next to a great restaurant and coffee shop. It was a quick drive to Crystal Mountain and to Point Betsie Lighthouse. Deirdre was a proactive and responsive host, providing all the necessary details for a great stay, including lots of recommendations for food, drinks and activities.

We had a wonderful stay. This house was well equipped in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms with quality, newer, matching pans/utensils, towels and bedding. Plenty of paper products as well. Lots of space for 7 adults, including a very comfortable living room (2nd on lower level) and beautiful deck with plenty of seating and even a Solo wood stove!

this was a great place for my group of friends and i to stay to celebrate new years! Paul is super friendly and despite sharing the property, we had no issues with privacy or anything like that! also, Rigley gave us the warmest welcome and was such a sweet dog.

Our extended family of 19 (10 adults, 9 children) loved the Birch. Plenty of room for all. Very clean when we arrived. Very well equipped house. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Wonderful location and view overlooking Lake Michigan. Convenient to all our day time activities. All agreed that it was a first class experience. We hope to come back next year!

Tracey was a delightful and gracious host.. she greeted us with homemade cookies and also made us a delicious cake with fresh berries. She was always helpful and her suggestions of beaches, restaurants and activities were spot on… I highly recommend you stay at “My Happy Place,” it’s so true to its name! ♥️

Great cozy spot for New Years Eve. Will return! The snowfall on the river was beautiful.

9 of us enjoyed a long ski weekend at Lori's condo. There was plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. It was just a quick 1 minute walk to and from the slopes and the views were amazing. The condo had everything we needed and we'll probably stay there again. Thank you!

Loved our stay at the cabin! Loved how walkable it was to skiing and how comfortable and spotless the cabin was. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A wonderful place for a family ski trip. Roomy, comfortable, and close to slopes. Would definitely book again. Had everything we needed and very well kept.

Great place. 12 of us were able to spread out. Easy walk to the village but we loved the fire pit in the backyard. Thanks for the great memories.

Dave is a super responsive and easy to work with host who provided an unbeatable location for our family of 4 (plus our small trained pup) to enjoy a long weekend of epic fresh powder ski conditions just a few minutes walk from the front door to the slopes. Beds were comfy, floors were spotless, wifi was strong, and the views out the back windows after a long day outside were breathtaking. This is the THE place to stay at Crystal Mountain :)

Denise is the perfect host. Whenever you have a question, she responds right away. Over the past few years, we have had the opportunity to meet with Denise and her husband. They are wonderful people. It has been an absolute pleasure to get to know them. And if you have questions about Frankfort past or present, Denise has the answers. She is the city's best ambassador!

This listings is exactly as it seems, and is a great place for family or friends to get away for a weekend! Terry responds quick and is a kind host.

We had a fun time at Chad's place. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and Chad was responded quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Neighborhood is quiet and the small town has a restaurant, a brewery and a general store that has everything you can imagine. Central location between downtown Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park Could use a few minor fixes but it's priced accordingly. And larger groups could benefit from more seating options in the living room. But overall a nice place.

Perfect home, perfect location. The home has views of the sand dunes and Lake Michigan whether inside or outside. Griner's Life Saving Station (home) had everything we needed to spend the most awesome week ever!

Exactly as described! Looks just like the photos. Hosts were always responsive and gave very easy check in instructions. Cozy home!

Great place , our dog especially enjoyed running through the snow in the extremely spacious fenced-in backyard. Was a great home base for checking out some of the dune hikes on Lake Michigan and skiing at Crystal Mountain. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back! We love the location and how close everything is especially the brewery right next door! Dan was very responsive and a great host!

Loved staying at Betty and Marty’s place. The lofted guest space is so comfortable and cozy. Betty and Marty themselves are incredibly friendly and helpful. They shared some fruits and veggies with us, and welcomed our pets with open arms. This is truly a gem of Benzonia!
