Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Berga-Bergavik

My first AirBnB booking ever, and what one! You get TWO houses and a pool in a great location, very conveniently located in relation to Borgholm and Kalmar. Wonderful stay, good beds. Great week polite!

Such a nice house that in every way met our expectations. We spent the autumn holidays here and appreciated that the house was warm and cozy, with the fireplace that made it extra cozy. There are also several games in the house which the children liked. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The location is great, both in the area with proximity to the sea, and to explore the northern parts of Öland. Everything above combined with smooth check-in and nice host allows me to highly recommend this accommodation!

Great place, nice spacious house, no neighbors, clean and nice and sweet cuddly sheep. A great place to completely disconnect. We would love to come again with sweet Josefine.

Very clean cottage where you can easily stay several nights. All the comforts and close to the local attractions. Nice that Kenneth had leaflets about the area ready in various languages. Unfortunately, you can't use the patio due to bad weather, but that also looked very comfortable.

We stayed at Michael and Therese's place during the Christmas period and we had a great time. The house was completely brought into a Christmas atmosphere, both inside and out. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The location is amazing with amazing sea views. We warmly recommend the house.

Having read all the wonderful reviews of previous guests, our 4 night stay at The Stonecutters Farm was everything we had hoped for, and more. From the minute we walked in the door we felt right at home. Christin is an exceptional host, and super responsive and helpful, providing lots of excellent local recommendations. It was obvious that this delightful old farmhouse has been restored as a labour of love and care by the owners, and the atmosphere they have created is both welcoming and luxurious. So much attention to detail has been paid to the furnishings and the eclectic mix of the antique decor fits seamlessly into the home's modern features. I can't remember the last time I have slept so well, which may have been down to either the supremely comfortable king size bed, or the peace and tranquility of the surrounding countryside. We were sad to leave, but hope to come back again to the Stonecutters Farm and spend more time exploring Öland at some point in the future.

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

A cozy apartment secluded from the host's dwelling house, decorated with the necessary amenities, tidy, clean and fresh. Friendly reception, easy to find, no hassle or fuss. Parking right outside the apartment.

Nice small house and garden in a quiet location and close to the beach. There was a simpler hot tub and toys, high chair and potty. Perfect for our little family with children!

The cottage is cozy, has a lovely spacious kitchen and is in a village, where you have everything at your fingertips! The supermarket around the corner, a great coffee house ( konditori) and you are in the forest within minutes! Vissefjärda also has a station! Elisabeth is a thoughtful host who responds quickly! Our dog was also very welcome: the basket was already ready! As far as I'm concerned repeatable!

The house was great for our family - in the morning, if it was still a little cooler, you could have breakfast in the conservatory, sit on the terrace next to the pool at noon and in the evening or use the super cozy garden furniture and barbecue. Location -100m from the sea- was perfect. Despite the adjacent campsite it was very quiet and the beaches were empty. We had a wonderful week at Peter's house, who responded to us super friendly within a few minutes if needed.

We had a great week at the house and nothing was missing! The location is very quiet and beautifully situated by the lake!

Very nice house and a high level of equipment. Clean, fresh and with tasteful interior design. Nothing was missing! We were especially happy with the patio which had a fantastic decor and above all the barbecue that we used every day. We were four adults and two children during our stay and as the house is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and two living rooms, there is plenty of space. The kids liked the jumping rug and used it extensively as well as the football with associated goals. The house is located in a quiet residential area but at the same time very close to shopping. It's easy to find nice beaches and sights. We rode bikes on Ölandsleden which goes through nice surroundings and which gives possibility to enjoy the incredible nature of Öland. A drive to Alvaret and southern Öland (Ottenby bird station) is recommended. Highest rating to Simon and Emelie's house.

Beautiful house decorated with an eye for design. Very well equipped and everything up to date. Nice quiet area where you can get down very well. Mario is a very friendly and helpful host! Our stay was perfect and we'd love to come back!

Eva and Jan are great hosts. The house was lovingly prepared for us for the Christmas season. All the little things were thought of. Here you don't need to bring anything from home, everything is available. Here you can just unpack your suitcases and the holiday begins. The house has its own garden and here you are directly in nature. It's not far to the forest. Here you can walk in the woods or take a bike trip. You can quickly reach Kalmar and Öland. The Christmas market in Kosta is highly recommended. We had a very nice holiday season here and thank you for a nice holiday.
