Apartment holiday rentals in Berks County

We came into town for a quick weekend trip. We wish we would have had more time to actually spend in Lorena’s home, but we had a lot of plans for the weekend. We will definitely be back, and will book with her again, so that we can take advantage of the house and enjoy it even more. Her home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has very thoughtful details. We really needed a place to sleep and shower, and we found the beds to be comfortable, and loved both bathrooms and showers. Lorena was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Her home is very booked and busy, so we were also super thankful that she was able to accommodate a slightly later checkout for us as well. I think Lorena put a lot of time and love into her property and it shows. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing somewhere to stay in the area.

Was looking for somewhere to rejuvenate after a busy season and this was the perfect place! Very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of places to eat within close proximity. There are plenty of things to do if you are looking to explore the location also.

I have stayed in many airbnbs over the past several years and evolve was by far one of the nicest places I visited. Isaac was a was very friendly, quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. the Airbnb was very roomy very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I am looking forward to visiting this place again. Thank you Isaac for your hospitality.

Our stay was verry enjoyable. We were getting home renovations done, and this Apartment was the perfect location. Melissa was very friendly and helpful, a great host. We would recommend this Air B and B to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Dave and Rosa’s place very much! The apartment was charming, yet modern, and it was spotless! Our bedding was so soft - we had a great nights sleep! The hosts left some complimentary snacks, water, etc. which was a nice touch and came in handy!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be more convenient, just a stone's throw away from Kutztown University, which made our visit a breeze. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we could ask for. What truly made our stay memorable were the exceptional hosts, Diane and Hiester. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything needed for a perfect stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this delightful spot to anyone visiting the area.

We rented both suites. They were in a great central location next to lots of shops and restaurants. The place was very clean with beautiful renovations in the kitchens. The kitchens were well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Brad was very responsive any time we contacted him. This is perfect for a larger family.

The Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was beyond excellent. We will definitely use the space again if it’s available when we come to visit the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay, my partner had his hair cut at the shop below us and loved the service there too.

We had a lovely weekend at Sandra’s place. It was so quiet, squeaky clean, cozy and comfortable. Sandra thought of every amenity possible for a pleasant stay. Even coffee and cream in the fridge! Nice and roomy with lots of natural light and spectacular views. If ever in the area again, I would certainly stay here!

The place is located near a park if you would like to go take a walk. Most restaurants and stores are walkable. The house is incredibly quiet if that’s what interest you. Overall great location. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay. No issues. Clean and well kept. Lynette is super friendly. Great host and place to stay all around.

Photos were really great for checking in. Parking at laundromat went fine which was nice. The neighbors were all really quiet, bed was super comfortable & the curtains were really thick so I slept better than I have at home in about a week. I walked to Goggleworks art center when it snowed (instead of having to drive) so it was nice to have that flexibility. The mexican food place 1 block away was really good. The apartment was very warm despite icey weather. I got to talk to Odel a little and he was a very positive and inspirational person.

Beautiful area, definitely going back!

Nice weekend stay. Comfortable bed and overall space. I loved the deck. The birds coming to visit during the day along with the neat owl statues gave the area a nice space to relax outdoors in the midst of a busy city. Futon was comfier than expected while watching movies. It was a bit chilly even with baseboard heat but i brought my heated blanket and was fine.
