This cozy 70 m ² apartment offers a special living experience in a backyard with its own entrance and beautiful terrace. Safety especially for women as the apartment is not located directly on the street. Three minutes walk to the Bermuda Triangle and the Schauspielhaus. The walk to the MAIN STATION is about 7 minutes. Only bookings of 2 nights or more are possible. The price refers to one person each additional person will be charged €15. A cleaning fee of €40 will be charged.

Apartment at the city park

Nice apartment half under the roof overlooking the park. Parking at the house. Access from the highway is super easy. Surrounded by greenery, yet only a 10-minute walk to downtown. Planetarium, Starlight, Stadium, Bermuda Triangle, Catholic Railway Station (Cultural Site), Schauspielhaus, Shopping - all within walking distance. There are a few nearby recommended restaurants. For jogging, walking, pedalling or visiting the animal park you only have to cross the street.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Located in downtown Bochum, close to Bermuda Triangle and Music Forum, the apartment is quietly located in an apartment building and shops for everyday needs, doctors and parking are within walking distance. my beautiful, light-flooded old building apartment with impressively high ceilings and very spacious rooms is located right in the middle of the center, in a small quiet side street. 700 meters from the main train station, 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. Metro and S-Bahn as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. i live in the neighborhood house, therefore my address is stored as contact.

Our apartment in Bochum is newly renovated and especially modern and stylishly furnished. Our house is located on Springerplatz in the immediate vicinity of the Century Hall and Westpark. The Bermuda Triangle and Musikforum Ruhr are a few minutes' walk away. Even without a car you are in perfect hands with us. 12 minutes walk to the main train station.
