Holiday rentals with a patio in Bermuda

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was well furnished and equipped. We had everything we needed for our visit. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The walk-in closet/laundry room was great - lots of space to hang and store clothes, luggage, etc. There were lots of nice restaurants and a grocery store (Miles Market) within walking distance and a pharmacy was just around the corner. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Such a lovely stay at Strattons! We were met with such kindness immediately. His recommendations were very helpful in planning our days! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals! Southern coast beaches were less than a 10min scooter drive away. Stay here if you are looking for a peaceful, more local experience.

Margaret is a wonderful hostess. Her home is beautiful, serene, and peaceful. It is beautifully decorated. She stocked the fridge with breakfast goodies for us! There was coffee and tea, milk and juice, cereal and yoghurt. Enough to get us started. We did do our own shopping at the grocery which was a couple of minutes scooter ride away. The house is a short walk from Shelly Bay Beach. A few minutes more from Flatts Village. A perfect mid island location. We are not new visitors to Bermuda, we’ve been here many times and have friends here from some of our many visits. We enjoyed the serenity that Margaret’s place offered. She was available when needed and unobtrusive as a hostess. We are already talking about when we can come back.

David and Jenny were perfect hosts. David was proactive and ensured we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The view of St George’s harbour was spectacular. Although it was cool, my husband took a fresh dip in the pool. The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower water pressure was very good. We really loved the location in St.George’s-walking distance to Temptations, Wahoo’s and the new local brewery, Moongate. The English Market just opened up down the street and they have most of what you need. We also walked to Tobacco Bay, Fort St Catherine’s, and the Unfinished church. We recommend using David’s recommended driver/taxi from the airport or someone you know who is familiar with the place-it is a bit tricky to find the first time. There are steps to the east of the home which provide quick and safe access to main road. It’s on a steep hill so do bring walking shoes, but the views are worth the extra effort. We would definitely return.

Rosalyn’s place works great for us. The location is perfect; 1 min to bus stop, 10 min to west whale bay for swimming or just looking at the amazing water, 18min to grocery store…. Very much appreciate the fact that Rosalyn left some bus tickets, making bus ride much easier. The place has everything we need and we enjoy cooking some of our dinners and all of our breakfast. Rosalyn is also very responsive and she answers our questions almost immediately. The patio is a great place for having breakfast or just relax. I recommend the place for anyone who is value oriented. We enjoyed staying here vacationing .

Cozy studio, just right for one or two, locally central to the island, can ride the great bus system to every part of the island. Bermudians are very friendly, and take the time to give directions, and suggestions on what to see and where to eat. Great host!

Highly recommend this place! Bermuda is so expensive and this airbnb offers great value. Comfy space, great kitchen, convenient location, great A/C units, dishwasher, new laundry machine in suite, and fast internet for bermuda (approx 150-200mbps). Absolutely perfect spot for our 2 week stay!

This AirBnB was a slice of Bermuda paradise in Sandys Parish. The house is perched on a small outcropping that offers water access to the east (sunrise) and the west (sunset). The covered porch and swimming acesss on both sides were the best features of this lovely private home. We truly felt relaxed upon arrival and purposely spent time in and around the home because of the setting and accommodations. Sandys Parish is the western end of Bermuda. As such - it really helps to know the local spots so that you aren’t traveling all over the island for the touristy ones. In particular, the hosts recommendations for Woodys, Long Bay Beach, the next door ferry and use of marketplace/takeout made our time as a family of 4 more memorable. We did go further afoot on a few of the days - and Arthur (recommended taxi) is a gem and Bemudaful ambasssdor. Finally - the hosts Mark and Kate are outstanding. We came just days after Hurricane Ernesto and they made the trip perfect despite that.

Little Haven is ideally situated, and getting to the beaches or to Hamilton was a breeze. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive as questions cropped up. The house was stylish and well appointed. I would totally recommend this property to others visiting lovely Bermuda.

We sailed a boat to Bermuda and three couples in the crew stayed at John’s house. It was absolutely fantastic and we will always look here first when we come to Bermuda. John is a great host, the house and location are fantastic, and we were able to decompress and recharge after a fun hut challenging passage. Highly recommend (except when we want it)!

Our group had an amazing week at Stephany’s beautiful home. From the start, she made everything incredibly easy, offering great communication and help with anything that came up. She personally greeted us upon arrival, showing us the property and sharing some amazing local tips and tricks. Stephany went above and beyond by surprising us with some delicious local treats. The house was very comfy, spacious, and clean—we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you, Stephany, for an unforgettable stay! Highly recommend.

The waterside location and views can’t be beat. It’s a bit out of the way and transportation should be worked out. The bus stop is a 10- minute walk and it’s not easy for all taxis to find. We rented 2 mini maxes for 4 of us and that helped. The bus is pretty convenient too, but it’s a dark road to walk back at night to the house. All that aside, it’s close to Dockyard and right off the Rail trail for biking. It’s a comfy house and more than enough for 4 of us. The water views are fantastic and swimming access is great. We stayed in the winter and it was too cool to swim most days but views never get old. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we slept well.

What a beautiful house ! Views of the amazing blue green water could not be emphasized enough. Though the weather for us was not the best, we still managed to swim in the beautiful bay , kayak and snorkel as well. Luxury of a five star resort with the bonus of having a house for our family to spread out. This was particularly beneficial on the rainy days so that everyone had plenty of space to do some reading and relax. Having a kitchen, particularly in Bermuda, where the restaurants are super expensive , is an advantage; nice to be able to have breakfast and lunch home and then out for a nice dinner. The mattress and the linens were extremely comfortable and pristinely clean. Access to the water on property was easy for us, but would not be great for very young children or grandparents; that being said the shallow gorgeous beach was very close to walk to as an alternative, and short drive to our favorite spot in Bermuda - Copper Reserve. Look forward to returning !

Susan is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She did us a lot of favors including taking us to the grocery store, giving us a cup of milk and also a spare toothbrush! Her home is gorgeous and we hope to be back soon
