This private 1880s adobe house is nestled beneath large shade trees in the heart of historic Bernalillo, a town beside the Rio Grande, the intersection of I-25 & US 550, & between Santa Fe & Albuquerque. It's an old house, but w/modern conveniences. It's an easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, library, parks, seasonal events, train station, and more. PLEASE NOTE: 1) Bathroom is accessed thru 1 of the bedrooms (see floor plan in photos). 2) Exterior security cameras verify guests & pets.

Modern, Peaceful Home in Rio Rancho

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

Lovely adobe casita in a private walled compound in the North Valley. Completely renovated. Lots of character and all conveniences. Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. We use only free and clear laundry products. *We live in celebration of all forms of diversity*.
