Cozy oceanfront apartment with parking

Watch the sun set over the waves from the terrace of this recently renovated apartment. Comfortable and perfectly furnished, it has neat decoration and flat screen TVs in each of the two rooms. In the context of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we're implementing additional health measures. With an area of 45 m2, the apartment was renovated in 2018. I chose materials and furniture "as if it were for me": 2 bedrooms with each its small bathroom, T.V flat screen on the wall in each room , living room with small terrace and beautiful sea view, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer compartment, microwave and traditional oven, washing machine drying clothes, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook:-) The whole apartment and its terrace. Free parking space for the apartment. Just take the small path in front of the residence to access the beach of Trouville. Unspoiled by crowds, the quiet neighborhood is nevertheless close to the city center. 15/20 minutes walk from Trouville / Deauville train station If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you in the residence. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic plates, a traditional oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster for your breakfasts. Welcome to our cocoon, close to Bernayenne life and beautiful Norman villages. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, access to the beaches in 35 min! You will enjoy a comfortable house with 3 independent bedrooms and their double bed, living room/dining/equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks a south facing garden with terrace and BBQ. Our house is at an impasse, no passage in front of the house, you can park in front as on the grounds if needed.
