Lake house holiday rentals in Berry

Thank you for a lovely stay. The kids loved the easy access to the lake for fishing and made lots of use of the kayaks. We were two families and we loved that there were two living rooms so the kids could have some space too. It was so nice to huskisson and all the lovely beaches too. We loved our stay

We had a lovely stay at the Boardwalk. The back yard and entertainment area was a huge standout. We would definitely love to come back, such a beautiful part of the world !

A 4 night stay at this beautiful home just wasn’t enough - We miss it already! Both Home & Garden cottage were cosy, well-equipped and decorated so beautifully! Cooking in the kitchen staring out the window while watching our children play on the lawn and relaxing in the living room while looking out to the lake at sunset are just some of the memories that we will treasure from our stay. Some highlights were enjoying the jacuzzi at sunset, playing cards at the gorgeous large round table and enjoying the Sonos sound system with our favourite playlists. We visited a different beach everyday, had a great meal at Culburra bowling club & spent some well overdue quality time as a Family in the perfect setting. Just to add - the Bathrooms were incredible, Bedrooms so cosy and inviting, living spaces wonderful - overall just perfect. Honestly, it was such a gorgeous stay & we will remember it always. Thank you so much Susannah, you were the perfect host & we hope to stay again soon!

We had a lovely stay, the view was beautiful and the place was nice and peaceful. Angela was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She even offered late checkout when she didn't have anyone else coming to stay, which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this place :)

Thank you for everything Denise. We had a fabulous weekend with three generations. Fishing off the jetty was a hit. The kids caught bream, mullet, garfish and blackfish and let them go again. Relaxing surroundings and home is perfect.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Nick's place. The house was more than large enough for our large group (two large families), and its modern appearance and facilities gave us the comfort of staying at a multi-star hotel. If you're like us and are looking for a place to get away and play board games and TTRPGs, then Nick's massive table will make this the place for you :)

Stunning was the first word that came to mind when we arrived. The view and location are simply stunning. The photos really don't do this place justice. Open up all the doors and windows and you have a beautiful sea breeze which spreads through the house. Sunrise in the morning is beautiful and if you are there at the right time, a full moon rise is breathtaking. The dog friendly beach is a lovely place to swim and walk with your doggo, there are lots of friendly people and dogs so your furry friend can play. The fenced off yard was enjoyed by our dog Bear and he spent plenty of time relaxing on the deck. We were greeted by 2 local Black Cockatoos who came to eat from the trees in the back yard. The kitchen is one of the highlights as it has a great view and is well equipped for cooking meals. We bought our groceries from the local Woolies and once we were set-up, there was no need to go out for breakfast or dinner. We are looking forward to visit again and will stay longer.

We had a really relaxing and enjoyable once per year extended family holiday at John’s place this year despite the bad weather during the 3 nights 4 days stay. The bad weather did not affect us at all as it’s been totally compensated by the beautiful stay! The two houses set up was perfect for our family as the back quiet 2bedrooms small house suits perfectly for our 80 yr old mother, for her to have restful quiet time away from her rowdy grandchildren. John’s place has a beautiful spacious outdoor area between the two houses where it’s perfect for whole year round weather conditions. The fire place would be so beautiful for outdoor Winter nights. We had a great time fishing a few times nearby and enjoyed so much at the neighborhood lawn bowling and a beautiful walk to the beautiful lookout! We really appreciate John and Leigh’s prompt responses with our queries and their graciousness for enabling our big extended family and our dogs to have a great memorable holiday together

We walked down the lush garden path in through the front door and immediately felt calm, at ease and energised. We opened all the doors and windows, looked over the river from the deck. Didn’t feel like leaving. We mainly cooked instead of eating out, all doing’s bought locally with the kitchen well stocked with crockery, cookware, utensils and appliances. With all seasons experienced in our 3 day stay - from humid 37C to cool and raining, but hardly used the air-con. We used the huge bath and river below for regular cooling off, and the fireplace was there should it have been needed. The cicada’s were incredible - waves of sound like rain squalls, new bird noises every day and visits from possums. Though close to neighbours - we couldn’t have felt more private. Can’t wait to come back in winter….

Enjoyed our stay at Nicola’s over the New Year break. The Cottage is beautifully presented, fenced backyard perfect for small dogs and children. We’ve driven through Burrill Lake many times, but really enjoyed staying and exploring. The cottage is walking distance to everything and the area is very dog friendly. Definitely recommend Nicola’s place.

Lovely place, very clean, lots of space for our 6 adults and baby. The place was well resourced for a baby (inc travel cot and high chair). Had a nice outdoor area. Also very close to beaches and lakes. Host was very responsive and flexible. Thanks for letting us stay!

A great place to stay in Culburra - Clean, quiet, spacious, and also caters for travelling with a baby. Rod gave some awesome local recommendations which we took, and we had a great few days out of Sydney. Would stay here again.

The house was cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. A perfect family retreat! This place had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Amazing house perfect for a family holiday. House was pristine and spacious, the pool was amazing. What a great location to relax and unwind. Lynley was fantastic with recommendations in the local area, and super responsive. Definitely look to stay here again.

Everything i could possibly need was provided, and many extras. Charmain and Brendan were lovely hosts, helping me with my bags, having great conversations and appreciating my attempts at art. They even gave me a Christmas gift! We realised that I know Brendan's father which brought back many memories. Their dogs are great too! It is by far the best place I have ever stayed and I plan to stay again on my next visit from WA. Thankyou for a wonderful month long stay!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! My partner and I were looking for a peaceful location to getaway from the city and this was the perfect place to be. Gorgeous waterfront view of the basin from the comfort of the stylish studio and more than enough space for a couple. We had some rounds of ping pong, cuddled up to some TV and had a cosy home cooked dinner in the fully furnished kitchen. Alana and Mel were exceptional hosts providing fantastic recommendations and clear communication. I'll definitely be recommending this Airbnb to friends and family. Thanks for helping create some unforgettable memories :)

Third time we have staying. Best week of the year, heaps of room for our two large families and a great location walk to the beach and lake. Rob has been great with communication and always generous with early/late checkin/out. Already asked to re-book next year.

What can I say? This has got to be one of the best AirBnB's in the Jervis Bay area. And the hosts? Absolutely amazing! Nothing too difficult for them. Went out of their way to do everything they could to help make our stay pleasant. The house was spotless, immaculate and super comfy. Provisions (ground coffee, champagne, chocolate, muesli, butter... I could go on), bikes and helmets, heaps of firewood, a gorgeous bathroom. I think you get the picture! 100% recommend!

House is great and the garden is incredible, lots of space to relax and enjoy the sunset.
