Always a great stay!

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

we LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this beautiful home. My family has stayed here multiple times and have ALWAYS had a great experience. The view is simply beautiful and peaceful. The home is nicely laid out with plenty of space and privacy for each room. There is certainly a 'wow' factor when you walk into the living area. A nice flow. Close to town but feel like you are miles away. Thank you Stewart for all the details placed in your home and for always going the extra mile. Easiest stay of my life, and oh God did I need it. My family and I (including a dog and an infant) evacuated FL due to hurricane Milton. Found Jonathan’s place on a Sunday and thanks to his quick response we were able to book for the next day. Baby and dog friendly place. I felt absolutely safe to have my babies stay at this Airbnb. Easy check in with clear instructions in and out. I would definitely come back. Thanks so much for your help Jonathan. My family really appreciated it!

Our family stay for Christmas was perfect. It is close to any shopping you may need. The hosts are always quick to respond. The plus for Christmas is the neighborhood is completely decorated. I would definitely stay here again .

This was our second stay at Andy’s. The house is large and very clean in a quiet subdivision. Hosts were very quick to respond and we were able to extend our stay. Will stay again!

Convenient location and Good price

Beautiful home in a stunning location. The porch swing was the favorite seat in the house. Would definitely stay here again (in a warmer season) to enjoy the lake more.

Very charming and unique spot. I would recommend it more for large families rather than a group of friends, but still a really neat house that is centered in the city, so you are right between downtown and the airport, meaning you aren't far from access to most hot spots and things to do in the city.

Great location that was walkable to restaurants, bars and coffee; very close to the airport (~10 minutes); and 20 minutes from Barber Motorsports. The rental was tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Erica was quick to respond to any questions we had about parking (which was ample).

Felicia was very communicative before check in and explained everything perfectly for check in, WIFI, etc. The house was very clean, spacious and inviting. The area was quiet and close enough to get to the places I needed to go while in Birmingham. My only dislike was that the camera in the living room is technically on while you are there, even though it is covered, I feel as though that camera should be disabled while there are guests. Other than that, this place was great. Thank you Felicia for having such a nice home for travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
