Evelyn was great! Super responsive and friendly. The house was absolutely perfect for our family visiting Philadelphia for Thanksgiving.

We had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. The house was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend especially if you are vacationing with a large group.

Rented this place to celebrate my birthday. It was everything we expected. Very clean and comfortable. More than enough space for 8 people. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the host was very accommodating to us. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

The house was close to Jack frost and Jim Thorpe. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog. We didn't even need to bring our bowls as there were some, bathroom toiletries were there too. recommend this house for 2 small families and their pet!

Great value for a cozy old house. Beautiful interior decorations. Equipments are old but functional. A great fine dining Chinese restaurant within one minute’s walk. A bit noisy at night as it is right next to a busy road. Host is supportive and responsive. I’d love to revisit this place next time.

Excellent location in Chestnut Hill. Easy to park, quiet and away from hectic Germantown Ave, but still close to shops and restaurants and our family in Mt. Airy. Teresa's place is homey and translates to "Soul Friend."

This was a fantastic day. Skeitha was very kind, responsive and accommodating. She makes you feel so at home while also making sure you have complete privacy. The unit had everything you needed and more. All you really had to do was bring your own food, ha ha. I love the care and thought that went into the decor. The lighting is wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. It really was a home away from home. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The apartment is a basement flat that is accessed by going down about ten steps. Parking is on the street and I am always somewhat skeptical about that, but it was easy and we could usually park within 100 feet of the unit. Beds were comfortable ant the washer and dryer came in handy as we are on a month long trip.

The space was nice and clean a lot of stairs but other than that it was a pretty cool place and don’t rent a car definitely no parking but we made it work and the host where very responsive also a plus.

Great stay at a very clean and aesthetically pleasing apartment. The beds were super comfy as well! We were not more than 20 minutes from so many activities and restaurants which was great since we were visiting from out of town. I will say there was a group checked into the other unit and it seems the walls are thin because we could hear them through the stay. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our sisters weekend trip.

Absolutely beautiful space that is well curated and super clean. Everything I needed was easily accessible and Susan had the bases covered for anything I might have forgotten. It’s an excellent location, walking distance to cute shops and really good restaurants. Super quiet at night and a very safe location. My dog and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

We had a great stay. The place was well located for where we wanted to spend time in the city. We had a little trouble locating the entrance as it is tucked behind the building in a narrow street that's common in this area. Other than that minor hiccup, our stay was great. We greatly appreciated Christina letting us check in early unprompted and having the heat turned up since it was a rather cold arrival day. I would definitely stay here again.

My group was very impressed with this Air Bnb. The host did a fantastic job making check in as easy as possible, even went out of her way to allow us to check in early. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants.
