Tiny house holiday rentals in Betina

Ana and her husband are very friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. The center of Pakoštane is in walking distance and our children liked the big playground right at the beach. We stayed there for a week in April and it was very quiet and relaxing.

We had a great stay at Borka's home. Upon arrival we were warmly and very hospitably welcomed by Borka and her partner. They had lots of fun and original tips for things to do nearby. The house itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, just outside the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of several beaches, the boukevard of Okrug Gornji and a supermarket. Nearby there is beautiful nature and there are nice visits to cities or villages (possibly by boat), such as Trogir and Split. Highly recommended for everyone!

We spet a great time at Tihana house, a lovely, nice old house. The location is amazing, 2 steps from the sea and the place, the landscape and the sea are wonderful. Just nature, a very relaxing stay. Tihana and her family are fantastic people, they are always available, we had never the feeling to be alone, even when we had the chance to be alone on the island, an unforgettable experience! We would definitively suggest to spend a holiday there!

Oliver is a great host, very responsive, and communicates well. The location is excellent, easy to find, quiet, near the sea, and the center of town. Private parking space. The house is nice, clean, well equipped, and comfortable, with a terrace. We highly recommend it.

First, I would like to thank marija, ivo and roko for the lovely hospitality. The island is pure nature and I was able to really refresh myself from the stress of everyday life and recharge. The house has everything necessary and more, is very clean and makes the "Island of Quiet" perfect. It was really everything perfect from the lovely hosts to the island. I'll look forward to next time 🤗

We can only agree with the other reviews. Dream location, beautiful little sparkling clean house on lovingly maintained, lonely property and an extremely friendly host family. We were welcomed with a stocked fridge! In between we got cakes, grapes, wine,....! It's almost like being part of the family. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment is surrounded by nature - that's what it makes a bit difficult to find but with the satellite view it wasn't a problem. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean! The view on the ocean was fantastic and it was so quiet. A very special and beautiful place with lots of privacy. The trees give cooling shade on hot days and the outdoor “living room” keeps you dry on rainy days. Amazing view and location. Lots of activities like a stand up paddle, canoes and darts are included. Ivan and his parent were perfect hosts that were attentive and kind. Would definitely come back

The host is very friendly and helpful. Always available and responsive. The destination is in a nice and quiet location. The beach is never crowded. It is easy to access the sea. Access to the destination is via a dirt road. I recommend a little taller car.

Top Lage, alles super

The Elixir was a great secret getaway. Located on top of a hill, the tiny house provides everything you need for 2 with a bedroom, bathroom, small equipped kitchen and a couch with a TV. It is the only property within lots of kilometers, so you can really enjoy some privacy and calmness and recharge your batteries. The infinity pool area with its stunning views is definitely the highlight, even though the water was a bit cold for the weather end of September. The stone grill/oven opens the possibility for a nice bbq dinner which we enjoyed. We had a problem with the warm water for a short time, but Ivo was very responsive and offered to fix it the next day. Communication with the host was great. Thanks Ivo!

Maja's place is very nice and has a great terrace with barbecue that invites you to linger. On the beach, a few meters from the property, there are two private loungers of the property where you can enjoy the sun. The property is approx. 15 minutes walk outside Pakostane where you will find great restaurant and bars. Maja is a very friendly and accommodating hostess.

Thank you so much for this wonderful place! I hda the most relaxing time here. I hope to return again to Murter, a perfect location.

It was an enchanting surprise, our 5-year-old daughter is super excited to sleep in the gnome's house! We only had one night passing through this airbnb, too bad because we would have liked to discover the surroundings, the waterfalls, the park and the beaches. We'll definitely be back! I recommend all children to spend a magical night in this place.. good!

Beautiful place; clean, cosy, just on the beach. It was amazing to drink morning coffee and watch the sea or fall asleep with the sounds of waves and wind. Me and my family spend there wonderful time. Thanks Sabine ! It was pleasure! Your recommendations are perfect!

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

We had a relaxed and restful stay with Tin and his mother. The cottage is quite quiet, few people around it, but depending on the wind direction you can hear something of the adjacent road. The beach access is almost exclusive, you can snorkel there or just enjoy the sun. Overall I can recommend this place for those who want to have their peace and quiet and have a good starting point to explore the area around Zadar in every direction.

We stayed at this wonderful place for 2 weeks in mid-September 2024! The location is a dream - view of the sea! In front of the house is a small vineyard. The pool is heated and that's why we also used it in the morning and evening when it was cooler! There are plenty of seating and chill opportunities around the house! Everything was clean and of good quality! The mattresses were very good, we slept excellently. The kitchen is fully equipped! We needed everything we needed. - yes also spices, vinegar, oil, guest gifts... Very generous! We would love to come back again! You can make many excursions! In the small village there was a shop and a beach bar. Otherwise, everything was already closed. The access roads are (still) of poor quality but it is being worked on! :-) We were very excited and had a relaxing, wonderful holiday!
